House purchased through van Herk real estate agency, despite the fact that we bought the house during an open houses day and therefore didn't see anyone from Van Herk themselves, we are very satisfied with their work and input! We were helped by Marijke Bodegom & Vincent Bontekoe, both of whom thought along and helped us very well remotely in their own way, not only with the communication between sellers and us but also with the way the purchase was put on paper, thanks to: starter scheme, NHG, transfer tax on garage box, etc. I can't say anything other than they achieved a nice benefit for us, called each other and emailed multiple times, nothing was too much for them, truly top! In a time when buying a house is like a race, it stood out to us that Van Herk still takes the time for their clients, viewed several properties with them over a period of approximately one year, always in an informal atmosphere!
