This was the real estate agent of the other party, but I believe that this real estate agent acted unreasonably nonetheless. He knew nothing about the house, afterwards we heard from the neighbors that certain information was incorrectly filled in on the questionnaire and the agent didn't think along with us at all. Finally, this broker was also difficult to reach, almost never had time and hardly responds to emails unless we informed the commercial employee as well.

They do have good tips, but the accessibility of my contact person could be much better. I noticed from his reaction when I called that I shouldn't have called at that moment. And the last time I called and left a voicemail, he didn't even call back! And to continue on internal communication; this gentleman was not aware of important adjustments regarding the transfer. And gave a clear underwater signal while the buyer was also present. I find this completely unjustified. Finally, via Funda, I received a request to give a rating about the real estate agent, while the transfer hadn't even taken place yet. I am left with a negative feeling about this. I think the person who brought the draft sales contract is actually better, because I felt he took the time for you. My compliments to him. Kind regards, Udo Posthuma

Planning a viewing on short notice was not possible due to high demand. Evening viewings (due to a new job, when you don’t ‘just’ take time off) were exceptionally possible, which meant we couldn't reach a concrete agreement. Ultimately, it took 3 weeks!!! before we could come and have a look. Unfortunately, Leeuwarden is an hour and a half drive for us. Thinking along and being accommodating is unfamiliar to this broker. Apparently, they can afford this nonchalance. Just called; the property was sold right in front of our noses. Apparently, there were still gaps in the agenda for other interested parties...
