Zeer goed begeleid door Jamal en Steven bij de verkoop van mijn huis. Verkoopprijs in eerste instantie iets te hoog ingezet maar na een verlaging toch snel en naar tevredenheid verkocht (in een periode dat de markt onzeker was). Waar ik eerder makelaars als commercieel en heel zakelijk heb meegemaakt, hier een hele andere ervaring gehad. Contact was persoonlijk en de lijntjes kort wat heel prettig is geweest in het verkoopproces.

Gelukkig is Vizier Makelaardij, die de wederpartij (de huiseigenaar/verkoper) vertegenwoordigt, in Mijn geval maakte wat soms onmogelijk leek mogelijk. Door een professionele communicatievorm en een oprechte interesse om voor zowel koper als verkoper de beste en snelste deal te vinden, is alles uitstekend verlopen. Sterker nog, ik waardeerde de repetitieve vragen van Jamal over 'hoe het huis voelde' zeer. Want uiteindelijk: zijn we niet allemaal op zoek naar een Thuis, meer dan alleen maar een Huis? In zekere zin niet commercieel omdat een goed advies en een goede dienst blijkbaar belangrijker is dan een goede prijs voor hen. Klein bedrijf waardoor telefoon enkele keer niet opgenomen wordt. Soms 's avonds (pas) teruggebeld maar de commitment is er nooit minder om. Goed bekend met alle regelregeving, adminstratieve zaken en ze attenderen ook goed op alle mogelijke valkuilen, cornercases etc. Zeer tevreden al met al.

Has good knowledge of the market segment but communication did not always go as desired (we noticed this both during our purchase and later during the sale via the same real estate agent). Especially when friction arises again at the end of the sales process, it leaves a nasty aftertaste instead of a positive feeling about the completion. In our opinion, the price/quality ratio is not correct.
