I went undercover to their viewings and discovered that they are carrying out a possible illegal furniture rental at the expense of unsuspecting tenants. They force tenants to sign a separate contract with an 'independent company' to rent the furniture for an absurd amount of 300-450 euros per month. One tenant has taken this to court because it is illegal to force tenants to sign this without the right of withdrawal, and has won... Advice for everyone who rents under these conditions: stop paying the depreciation costs for the furniture.

As Tyra Banks once said: 'It's so bad that I want to give you a zero, but that's impossible, so I'm giving you a one.' As an international, I place this review with the sincere hope of helping others save a lot of time, money and frustration. I advise everyone considering renting from this office to be extremely careful and check every detail of your contract (they can reach you with one word) or to think again. My experience was marked by a worrying lack of transparency and clarity, especially regarding crucial financial details. Important information was often vague or only communicated after it had become a problem. This opaque approach put me in an unfair position, throughout the entire term and especially at the end of my rental period. The overall communication style and handling of financial matters felt very doubtful and unprofessional. I strongly advise to seek independent legal advice before signing anything and to ensure that all complex clauses are written down, as their procedures can lead to unexpected and costly disputes. Ultimately, my roommates and I felt that their business model was aimed at exploiting tenants. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
