For when you are looking for a house

Despite four different ways to contact me, in both German and English, the realtor did not respond. This is frustrating for both the seller and the buyer.

Despite the very friendly employee, I had a very bad experience with this office. The real estate agent does not respond to bids, does not confirm them, and does not keep you informed of the bidding process. I wonder if all of this is proceeding according to the rules in these times when houses are scarce.

No good experience with Thoma Makelaars in Lochem. My parents' house was purchased through Thoma Makelaars in Lochem at the time. A little later, due to my father's death, the house was sold by Thoma makelaars. The broker was both the sales broker and the purchase broker simultaneously. Now, the purchasing party is holding my parent liable for hidden defects in the house. We were not aware of these hidden defects. This did not come to light at the time of purchase. Subsequently, the broker does nothing because he cannot choose a side. It's not a customer-friendly way of doing business.

Making an appointment for a viewing is difficult, it is cancelled, making a new appointment does not come to fruition.
