Goed contact met de makelaars, afspraken worden nagekomen. Assistent heeft de zaken goed op orde en reageert adequaat. Bezichtigingen gedaan door 3 verschillende makelaars. Dit heeft als voordeel dat er snel en op korte termijn bezichtigingen gepland konden worden, een klein verbeterpuntje was wel dat het leek alsof een van de makelaars minder goed op de hoogte was van het huis. Al met al prettige ervaring en snel huis kunnen verkopen met de goede begeleiding.

Ik had één contactpersoon (makelaar) binnen Beltman makelaars verwacht, maar alle makelaars binnen het kantoor hielden zich bezig met de verkoop mijn mijn huis (bezichtigingen, terugkoppeling). Ze kenden allemaal het dossier goed en waren allemaal goed op de hoogte van elkaars bemoeienis in dezen. Ik vond Beltman makelaars niet alleen goed op bovengenoemde punten, maar de makelaars en medewerkers van kantoor waren allemaal, doortastend, resultaat gericht en snel.

Ik wist dat dit een goed makelaarskantoor is en heb ze ook daarom gekozen. Deskundige mensen, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles helemaal goed, alleen vind ik een 10 als cijfer een beetje overdreven, vandaar de negens en één tien.

Het was fijn hoe persoonlijk en ongedwongen de zaken verlopen zijn. Het huis is snel en soepel verkocht.

Heel prettig en goed mijn huis verkocht in alle vertrouwen dat mijn belang voorop staat. Geen verborgen agenda’s maar alles voor een goede eerlijke transactie. Ik ben heel blij met hoe het ging en wat het werd. Het kost wat, maar dat is het minstens dubbel waard.

Very negative experience with this office. I advise not to do business with them. The communication mostly takes place by telephone, but when there is a disagreement, they suddenly act as if nothing has been discussed or known to them. They use two different standards when it comes to adhering to the agreements/rules and this causes great concerns for the other party.
