Feed back over bezoeken van potentiële kopers liet bv erg te wensen over. Contact met back office verliep soepel. De communicatie verloopt veelal telefonisch, maar op het moment dat er sprake is van oneenigheid, doen ze ineens alsof er niks besproken is of bekend is bij hen. Er wordt met twee maten gemeten als het gaat om naleving van de afspraken/regels en dit zorgt voor grote zorgen bij de andere partij.
