Duidelijk kennis van de woningen die we hebben bezocht. Denkt mee wat fijn is. Bij het aankopen hebben we hier veel aan gehad. En uiteindelijk natuurlijk de woning gekocht. Het zat weliswaar een groot verschil tussen het hoogste en het tweede bod, echter maakt dat niet uit en heeft de makelaar ons hierin goed geadviseerd.

Het contact verliep altijd goed. Er werd snel gereageerd en vragen werden duidelijk beantwoord. De verwachting was zeker in deze tijd echter wel dat de woning veel sneller verkocht zou zijn. Hiermee zeggen we niet dat dit volledig te verwijten valt aan de makelaar maar wellicht heeft de gekozen strategie hier wel invloed op gehad. Wij waren wel erg tevreden over de gemaakte foto’s etc.
