Wim en Nick hebben ons goed en professioneel geholpen bij de verkoop van ons huis. Wij merkten wel dat wij wat meer behoefte hadden aan overleg over bijvoorbeeld de kijkmomenten en de manier van bieden. Hierin waren de keuzes al gemaakt en werden we hierin meegenomen. Maar wanneer wij vragen hadden werd er altijd snel en kundig gereageerd, en de communicatie was altijd zeer prettig.

The contact always went well. There was a quick response and questions were clearly answered. However, our expectation in these times was that the property would certainly sell much faster. With this we do not say that it is entirely attributable to the real estate agent but perhaps the chosen strategy did have an influence here.
