And this has proven to be a very good decision. Kris is skilled, took a lot of work off our hands and sold our house within a week. We immediately had a good impression of Kris during the introduction. Pleasant and fluent in his interactions, and clear in his communication. During the first meeting, he also immediately calculated for us at the kitchen table what his assessment was of the value of the property, allowing us to exchange thoughts about the asking price right away. For our house, a very large number of viewings were requested in a short time.
