For the past few months I have been living in a nice house through NMG. What has greatly frustrated me is how NMG deals with repair requests. My range hood was broken. It didn't suck the air away anymore. So I submitted a repair request. This took a long time, so I contacted NMG. They had meanwhile approached an electronics store, but they were not planning to come because they weren't the supplier of the equipment. This was relayed back to NMG via email, but there was no response. I called again. I get the message that I should approach the same company for repairs myself. Well, they aren't coming. The lady I spoke to at NMG suggested that I just open a window while cooking. That it's freezing outside and the energy rates are shockingly high, I should just accept that. Meanwhile, I've been without a range hood for three months now. The smoke alarm keeps going off while cooking. To have to open a window is an absurd solution in my opinion. I just want a working range hood and better cooperation with NMG. Very disappointing that it has to be this way.

NMG is a big money-grabbing company that puts its head in the sand as soon as you have signed a binding lease agreement, and will do everything possible to completely drain you of money when you move out. complaints and/or repair requests; expect no answer while you're living there. just sit with your defects. lease cancelled; prepare yourself that they will inspect every corner of the room looking for a way to make money off you. then nicely wait 3 months for your deposit back.

Promises are not kept. Everything must go through a repair form, after which there is no response at all. Called them myself, would be called back, but then four weeks later still no reply! When you are a tenant they are very reachable, but once you have moved in to one of their properties and the contracts are signed they do nothing more for you.
