In my opinion, this is the most dubious company that exists. They leave tenants literally out in the cold. 14 months without being able to shower, compensation: €250,-. Had to spend a night in the car because my door lock was defective and I had reported it several times three weeks prior, eventually having a locksmith open my door: costs of €300,-. Never received that back. Service charges which they manage to have charged annually are full of non-existent cost items, they also charge you VAT while this does not apply to rental properties. It's even so bad that the municipality of Dordrecht is trying to keep this party out of the city! I know that there is a housing shortage, but really... you see NMG then say NO.

Rent here for a long time and the building maintenance is ridiculously bad. They expect you to hang out of your 4th-floor window to clean your windows, or look at poop for 3 years. The cars are overgrown with weeds, but you'll pay 2x as much for the so-called maintenance they arrange. Oh, and if you want contact with them, set aside a month for it.

Attention: late settlement of service charges – don't just pay! Landlord (Amazone bv) and real estate agent (NMG) only think about money, increasing the maximum rent every year. Maintenance on the exterior is a no-go (frames, doors etc.). 35 homes in this complex, an average net rent of €1000 per month, do the math, €35,000 x 12 months = €420,000 per year! Poor ventilation in the home = natural ventilation instead of mechanical. This results in mold everywhere (bathroom, bedrooms). Reported several times, nothing ever done about it. Elevator that breaks down constantly.. quite a few elderly people in this complex who are not well on their feet. Cleaning company Succes which is hired for cleaning the lobby and stairwell is also a joke, we pay so much money for this? They spend more time resting than actually cleaning. Hallway in storage room often a mess, chewing gum from loitering youth everywhere on walls and floors, even once someone left half an uneaten grilled chicken behind. Residents who take a shopping cart from Jumbo and park it in the stairwell. Attention: late settlement of service charges – don't just pay! Update July 25, 2025: The service charge settlements are sent much too late. This is in violation of the law. According to article 7:259 paragraph 2 BW, the settlement must be provided within six months after the end of the calendar year. For 2024, the deadline was therefore June 30, 2025. If the landlord (such as NMG) exceeds this term, the claim is not due and you don't have to pay anything. Don’t let yourself be pressured. Sometimes reference is made to a statute of limitations of five years, but that only applies if there is a valid and timely settlement. If it arrives late, the claim is simply not legally valid. In addition, I want to state that I found the communication unprofessional. Threatening SMS messages about garnishment are absolutely unacceptable to me. That's not how you treat tenants. Update: The owner Amazone can be seen on the attached photos, wanted to enter the home without any announcement on July 31, 2024, to record the property (went up for sale after we gave notice) we just politely declined.

Very bad experience with this company, now renting an apartment for 1 year. After multiple repair requests, things are handled very negligently. When a repair is finally carried out after months, it isn't even finished. A half-open suspended ceiling at the front door after a “repair” of the sewage system. This repair was not good and according to nmg wonen someone should have come by. NEVER happened! Emailed and called multiple times but almost unreachable. There is never any response! Maintenance of the complex is also not being done. Problems with various things in my rental property. Here demonstrated that it is for the landlord to address. To then be sent from pillar to post. Trying to get out of all obligations, and the contact person is always impossible to reach. Unless it's about a tenner they have to collect, then they always know how to find you. Well, whether the whole thing deserves 5 stars I won't know for sure until the settlement when we ever leave again. But until then, I have actually only had positive interactions. This applied to both the viewing, the administration in between, the handover, and now some time later also technical problems and administrative problems. Reactions to the last two were surprisingly fast given the reviews. And our problems were also solved quickly. Now I wonder if real misery is still lurking around the corner, but until then I am still very satisfied. Edit: We have since left. The pre- and final inspections went well. Communication has always been clear, and there was a collaborative approach. The deposit was also received within two weeks without any inquiry. All in all, actually a perfect experience. So we were lucky with our only rental agent.

NMG Vastgoed Nijmegen did everything well in the last 2 years that I lived in an apartment (a total of 19.5). Such as terminating a draggingly imposed energy contract from the previous manager (solar panels), which I never requested, a free landlord statement (as it should be), the handover inspections were strict but fair, and I was able to continue sitting/renting (if necessary) after terminating my rental agreement, due to a problem in the new property, ultimately that wasn't needed, but it was friendly and excellent work 👌👍

Poor to no communication, appointments are not kept, defects are not repaired, emails are ignored, consistently late with the specification of service costs (already for the fifth year in a row in 2025) and their own invoices are paid late. Almost always they blame the VVE (which is notably also handled by NMG). All in all, it's a wonder that this company is still allowed to exist.

I had contact with Prescilla Arts via email. Rarely have I heard such an unhelpful, unsympathetic, arrogant woman in my life. I bought a rental apartment, now I wanted to follow the right path to have an air conditioning unit installed. This can be done with permission. However, she didn't even want to tell me how I could possibly obtain permission; she actually didn’t want to help me further. She said, in principle; it is very unfortunate for you, but there is a meeting in November, and today is 18/6/25. That’s very nice Ms. Arts. I have 25 neighbors and we live in apartments that have an internal temperature of 40+ degrees in the summer. She referred me to the division deed which I already knew. But the question remains, how can we get permission without having to wait until November, how can we expedite the decision-making process? I made a proposal to collect data, including consent from neighbors, a professional air conditioning installer, and then share that with vve nmg but I strongly felt that she has no interest in it at all; she doesn’t think in solutions. She says, it is not allowed. But the division deed states, it is permitted with permission. You can't expect anything from Priscilla Arts. She would rather give you a ‘no’ so she can be done with you than refer you and help search for a proper solution. She says, I will submit this to the account manager, but of course, I won’t hear anything more about that. Everything works and functions with Priscilla Arts as long as you have people around you who want it.

Rarely have I experienced such an arrogant and inflexible rental party as NMG Vastgoed. Despite demonstrable stable income, savings, and a pressing housing problem, the employee refused even to listen to an explanation about my salary structure. They couldn't understand — and honestly: they didn’t want to understand either. Their attitude shows contempt for people in special situations, and it seems that they consider themselves to be in a monopolistic position where empathy or reasonableness is unnecessary. Disappointing and frankly discriminatory. Avoid this place as much as possible, even if their offers seem tempting.

Poor communication and prolonged neglect We have been experiencing problems with the front door of our apartment complex at Emmapassage in Tilburg for more than six months. The door slams shut due to a broken delay mechanism, causing nuisance and damage. Despite multiple reports via the contact form, emails and phone calls, no structural solution has emerged. On May 23rd, I sent another clear and well-written email requesting a response and action – to date without any reply. This persistent silence is particularly frustrating, especially considering that we as residents pay service charges for the maintenance of the building. I hope this review will be reason enough to take action, but based on my experience so far, I am unfortunately unable to give a positive assessment.

Worst rental company I have ever encountered. They manage to increase rent prices every year, but forget to send you an invoice after 3 years for service costs. Say 'there was an administrative error'. Then ignore our emails requesting a breakdown of those costs. Charge high prices for cleaning and electricity bills and an app that is hardly used. Then charges are levied if someone leaves a bank near the trash can. Be careful with this rental company and their hidden costs. They also claim to be sustainable, which is the biggest lie. The lights stay on 24/7, with the costs being passed on to the tenants.

After 4 years of consistently paying our rent and maintaining the property well, we are still waiting for our deposit after 3 months that we are due to receive back. There was a minor technical defect which the technical service would resolve and deduct from the deposit. But because they haven't had time for it yet, they are holding onto our €2000 for 3 months while the repair shouldn't cost more than €250. We have already called them 10 times and received various promises and were repeatedly told we would be called back that day after a lot of excuses. Now, after 3 months, we still get the same promises and still no money back. It doesn't yet qualify as fraud, but we are now taking legal action against this company.

Unfortunately, I've been living here for a little longer than a year. As stated, a new and well-functioning system, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I’ve paid far too much in heating costs for over a year, while I never turned on my heater! Four times a technician has come by because of this and left saying that everything was fine. A compensation request has been submitted because the technician did indeed find an error and it wasn’t my fault.
