Absolutely the worst. The website form is useless, you have to constantly call to ask for information. My rent started on the 16th. I still don't have access to the parking garage. There have been 7 emails sent in the last 2 weeks and the rent has been paid. Update: got access on the third.
VvE Management can be more professional.
Very bad service. Maintenance just doesn't help with my leak that has been going on for half a year... due to wood rot/-mold, which means my laminate floor gets wet and therefore breaks... And it’s also not healthy for people.. Calling 20 times for the same complaint is still an understatement.. And then it hasn’t even been resolved.
They consistently pay late, make mistakes in refunds, and then fail to resolve their own errors despite repeated contact. Promises are not kept and you constantly have to chase them up. Absolutely unprofessional and extremely frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Terrible service and communication
Contact with the real estate agent was excellent from the first contact. Clear price indication and expectation of the sales period. Everything went as expected, and they acted very proactively and decisively during negotiations with the buyer. We are happy with this real estate agent.

After 4 years of consistently paying our rent and maintaining the property well, we are still waiting for our deposit after 3 months that we are due to receive back. There was a minor technical defect which the technical service would resolve and deduct from the deposit. But because they haven't had time for it yet, they are holding onto our €2000 for 3 months while the repair shouldn't cost more than €250. We have already called them 10 times and received various promises and were repeatedly told we would be called back that day after a lot of excuses. Now, after 3 months, we still get the same promises and still no money back. It doesn't yet qualify as fraud, but we are now taking legal action against this company.
Unfortunately, I've been living here for a little longer than a year. As stated, a new and well-functioning system, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I’ve paid far too much in heating costs for over a year, while I never turned on my heater! Four times a technician has come by because of this and left saying that everything was fine. Now, after a year and a half, after months of paying a lot of money, it was finally fixed, after a lot of calling, emailing, etc (where I sometimes didn't even receive a response). A compensation request has been submitted because the technician did indeed find an error and it wasn’t my fault. Now I’ve been waiting for months for the compensation, empty promises and constantly having to chase them up myself. Not to mention the front door and lock that aren’t working properly; sometimes I stand in front of my door for a quarter of an hour before it opens, which is not normal! Poor service really, and little understanding for anyone. I'm already looking for another home that isn't under NMG.
Terrible service. Rented for 6 years through this organization in Utrecht and unfortunately have little positive to report. They prefer to leave tenants out in the cold and try (mostly unjustified) costs as well… they hide behind a mail/ticket system of customer service, making it difficult to speak by phone. Another argument is: 'the investors must approve this, we are waiting for that' (regarding repairs, maintenance or housing safety) to give no updates at all for weeks/months, even when tenants keep following up😣 I definitely would not recommend them as a party
Payment of deposit not refunded! Not renting since January 31st anymore, but after multiple calls, still haven't received the deposit back.
Unfortunately, after six months, a deposit of 2000+ euro is still not being returned. No response to emails, barely reachable by phone and extremely unhelpful. We are now forced to take legal action. From other reviews it appears that these practices are no exception at NMG, truly scandalous.

NMG is a remarkable company. Everything runs smoothly and you are really well helped by the rental agent. But once the contract is signed, you have to deal with the service department. This raises the question of how a company can grow so large with empty promises and incompetence. It's a great mystery to me and many other tenants. When the shortage on the housing market is solved, this company will quickly collapse without rigorous changes. It’s frankly appalling how things are handled. Even getting an extra key takes 3 months despite multiple confirmations that it would be arranged within a few weeks. Expect to have to call at least ten times for every problem, small or large, and despite the promise of a callback, you really have to initiate this yourself. If they promise to call back the next day, you may still have to call yourself a week later. Waiting is pointless.
Very friendly, helpful and fast. We could/can call him for all kinds of questions, he supports us well. Good clear explanation! Property was sold in no time! All in all a very pleasant experience. We did speak with different real estate agents but the “click” wasn’t there. And with Robin we immediately knew, “he's the one”!. No regrets at all. Thanks NMG!
It's always drama with NMG, flooding, half-finished work. You can complain and call as much as you want, firstly you are spoken to unfriendly, and then not even helped. Weeks, sometimes even months, we have to email and call towards NMG. They genuinely don't care about the tenants.

Make sure you know who you are dealing with… both as a tenant and as a landlord. Repairs can take months or aren't resolved at all. For example, I had to wait four months for a new dishwasher. Accessibility is poor, both by phone and email. You always have to call about problems yourself, and only after the fourth time do you hear that something will be done about your request. I would be ashamed to own this ‘company’, which clearly lacks fundamental business processes.
This is not even worth 1 star and I will explain why. I have been living in this apartment for 4 years now, some time ago it was taken over by NMG real estate. Half a year later they leave us out in the cold! The general access door's internal workings are completely defective, anyone can enter the building. Reported repeatedly by phone, emailed (even submitted a notification via the landlord portal), only empty promises but no one comes to carry out the repair. The emergency exit doors have also been defective for half a year, my daughter sleeps above 1 of these doors and now she has to sleep with me because the doors have not been repaired in time, they are now disconnected and new doors need to be installed for this reason. Again, no response from NMG. We are experiencing such nuisance because everyone can enter the building from all sides, NMG doesn't care at all. This real estate agency collects data from renters and then arranges a casting. During the casting, the realtor and the owner make a choice based on criteria that no one knows: perhaps the color of your skin, perhaps the way you are dressed... this procedure is an insult to human dignity and takes a very long time. We have now been living under NMG in Tilburg for a year and a half, and the service is downright bad. We've been dealing with cold water for months and have to refill the central heating boiler daily. A technician who visited indicated that whoever carried out the installation in this building used the cheapest and worst materials. The residents' app shows that multiple residents are experiencing issues with this. What worries us even more is that the problem we are facing can also be dangerous. The technician stated that there are risks of explosions due to the poor condition of the installation. This has been going on for months, and despite me calling repeatedly and insisting, nothing is being resolved. Why do we pay so much rent if they don't even have the basics in order? And why won’t they help even a little? If so many people have bad experiences with NMG, it seems clear that the problem really lies with them. It is frustrating and unacceptable to be treated like this as a tenant while you transfer a significant amount monthly.
Terrible service. When NMG needs money from you, they're there like flies to honey and you have to pay the final bill within 2 weeks that they sent almost a year late. If they owe you money, you never hear anything more. I still need to get money back due to an incorrect ista measurement (the meter for the kitchen radiator was showing 423 due to the heat of expansion pieces running behind this radiator). I never turned on this radiator and it was removed by NMG two years ago and placed in my storage room because the meter could not be removed. Since then, I have been trying to get my money back, because of course I paid the bill properly and assumed that NMG would settle this later. My emails have been ignored for 2 years and when I manage to speak to someone on the phone through a roundabout way, I am kept on hold. If I have a question about another subject, they do respond. Unprofessional how things are done here.
Nightmare due to daily stench nuisance in apartment, chemical air or burning smell and apart from a few employees, there are some rude types who twist your entire report. Careless and I am structurally dealing with oppressive air in the house. Even fleeing my apartment at 5:30 AM. Stress and also financial loss due to health issues in reaction to this poor air quality, whether it comes from outside, industry or inside, my apartment is affected and you can be sure that I will demand compensation for the suffering caused. A comfortable, healthy home is our basic right!! No excuses. Not accepting this kind of practice and they trivialize an acute problem, 3 days unable to be at home during the day due to burning smell in the house. Then hoping that I can breathe normally in the evening. No words for this. It's not about nuisance but urgency! We certainly don’t deserve this rent! And a tip, if things get out of hand you can file a complaint against your landlord via your municipality website. Regardless of free sector or social housing.
Terrible. Shameless annual maximum rent increase, shameless annual service charges increase and you get zero service in return. I've been waiting almost two years for a repair, and in 2 other situations they came to look but then no further response. This was also 5-6 years ago. No matter how much you like a property from them, please find one that is managed by someone else, because you will really regret it in the long term. If you want something fixed, you'll ultimately have to do it yourself, because all they can do is collect money.

Very satisfied with NMG! Within a few days after registration, all our documents were already checked and we were allowed to view the property. Ultimately, the key handover was arranged within 2 weeks. Everything was arranged super quickly and we received very good assistance from, among others, Merel! There were some defects after delivery, but this too was handled well by directly contacting technical services and suppliers. Installers were slow to respond, but NMG immediately followed up on this and stood behind (or next to) us. Very pleasant as a tenant! We would like to continue living here for longer :)

Great experience! Amber helped me and my friend find an apartment within a week of the viewing. She was quick, friendly, and because we wanted to move in before the weekend, she even managed to make that happen. There was only one week between the viewing and our contract! Amber really thought along with us and thanks to her, we are now in a beautiful apartment at our favorite spot in Eindhoven. I hope there aren't too many negative comments, and I understand why people comment when they are not happy and things don’t go as fast as they want - but at the end of the day, we are all humans and if you treat each other like humans, you get a long way.
Terrible. Our rental property has been transferred from a tenant association and taken over by NMG wonen. We have now been without hot water and a shower for 3 weeks. Our central heating boiler lasted only one evening, after which the technician discovered he had damaged a pipe, causing a large leak from the attic, through the concrete walls to the ceiling of our bathroom. We are being passed from pillar to post and not taken seriously. A technician is sent who can’t do anything about the problem and says he will send another technician the next day. No one shows up. NMG wonen called, they said someone would come this afternoon, but again no one came! Called this morning, I was told I would receive a callback to schedule an appointment, but I haven't been called back! When we call ourselves, nobody answers. Nobody responds. I don’t usually get angry, but I feel like we are not being taken seriously at all. Hoping that a bad review will achieve something.
It doesn't matter if you are the first or not, it all depends on luck and whether your profile is as complete as they want it to be or not. I am a student, even they don't give a chance to visit houses with low rent. The only thing they say is that landlords prefer someone with a guarantor or a permanent contract.
