Do not do business with them! I bought a house from this company where the following problems came to light: * The Funda advertisement stated that the house was 53m2, which is not true; the house turned out (when I sold it) to be 50m2 * The air conditioning unit installed in the bedroom was not properly connected to the exhaust, requiring me to have it repaired shortly after purchase * The basement was completely sealed, causing moisture during the winter; I had to have a window installed for this And other minor problems that took up a lot of time and money. I will definitely NEVER do business with this company again.

It's a shame you can't give 0 stars! Very bad landlord! 0.0 interest in the rented property, except for the monthly rent to be received. A lot of deferred maintenance, which is done nothing about, even after multiple emails and contact. They do come to perform maintenance without any form of communication; doorbell rings at 8 am when you are about to leave for work, or whether you can open the door because painting needs to be done. Very unskilled handymen, don't speak Dutch, work very and very slowly. These gentlemen are probably employed because they are cheaper. And in case of a power outage, where the whole house is out of order, which was later determined to be due to the incorrect wiring of the fuse box, you have to solve it yourself. De Pachter Vastgoed completely misses the mark!
