The guidance is pleasant, and that also applies to the internal discussions with each other about the best approach. Drafting the sales texts, taking photos, making a video, and how our house appeared on Funda. We are very satisfied. Kees and Laura, they are friendly and patient. It seemed like the right person to do the viewings in our home and to entrust our key to. Kees is flexible with his time. He likes to adapt to the times when we as sellers were able to discuss things. Also afterwards, he adheres to all agreements made.

Our new home was for sale through Staal Makelaars, a special story with various owners. Staal handled this wonderfully for us as the buying party. On the day of closing, there were still some problems, both Hanneke and Nicole supported this until the signing of the deed! Thank you for that!

This also applies to the rest of the team. They were also present at the final inspection (at 8:00 AM!) and at the transfer with the notary. The brochure of the house was neat, the photos very beautiful and realistic. In short: it costs something but then you get everything you would expect.

We had an appraisal carried out that was necessary for the mortgage of our new house. We were helped very quickly with a well NWWI validated report <1 week and at a competitive price. Phone simply goes to voicemail, no communication with their customers. Emails are not answered. Promises are not kept. Just weak service.

The realtor has had the promotional video of the house I bought online for 6 years already. Even after multiple requests to remove the video, he simply leaves it up. So if you value your privacy and customer friendliness, not recommended.
