Poor housing corporation, they are difficult to contact with complaints and problems, when you do make contact they say they will help but then you hear nothing more. Only after hammering them three times that the complaints and problems must be resolved to improve the issues, is anything finally done about it. In short, a housing corporation that should select more engaged staff.

Worked very well together with Rotsvast (Merijn)! Always available, always quickly resolved something and nicely thought along with each other. Now the house is sold, but I would definitely recommend Rotsvast to everyone!

In 2010 I emigrated to Thailand. Via Rotsvast my house was rented out. Very successful. Been back a few times and the house looked top every time. Then my tenant started insisting on setting aside Rotsvast and transferring the rent directly to me. After some hesitation, I agreed because everything seemed fine. However, after setting aside Rotsvast, the tenant made a mess of my house. They terminated the lease and left a completely furnished house behind. Terribly regret my decision. My advice to everyone. If you are not able to have control yourself. Make use of Rotsvast. Costs a little, prevents a lot of misery

Difficult to reach, they don't respond to voicemails and their website is totally not up to date. I was told I could better use Funda to know what their offering is. Not really a great way to promote your own business...

Don't do business with this realtor! Firstly, he was late for the viewing. Secondly, it was very difficult to reach this realtor by phone or email. He simply ignores your voicemails and emails. Furthermore, he wasn't transparent about the bidding process either. Subsequently, I placed a bid on the viewed house. There was no feedback whatsoever. Waited over two weeks and called in between, but then there was a vague story that contacting the seller was difficult. Ultimately, I heard that the offer had been rejected and that there was also no room for negotiation anymore because they had already agreed to another offer. Very strange, because we had more than 2 weeks to negotiate, but we never got that chance. Again, think twice before doing business with this realtor. He won't help you forward, he will only obstruct you.

This broker provided very poor information about a property I was interested in, did not keep the promise to call back later and keep me informed.

This realtor did not serve us as potential buyers in our request to do a viewing. When we, a month later, put on our brave faces and approached the sellers ourselves, it turned out that the property was simply available. The sellers were happy that we had taken initiative ourselves.

Super fast service And most importantly, they helped us find a beautiful apartment. In short, overall top service.

Very bad experience with HouseHunting – never again! Our experience with HouseHunting was truly disappointing. During the rental period, we encountered all sorts of problems in the property, but help or solutions? They simply didn't come. A few examples: The central heating boiler didn’t work for three months – in winter! The balcony was unsafe and probably illegal. We had significant leaks, damp patches and mold, especially in the bathroom. The walls were partly rotten. Several times we asked for help via their portal, but nothing was ever done about it. We experienced a lot of stress at that time, had to incur extra costs and simply lived very badly. And then the end of the rental: we have been gone for some time now, but we still haven’t heard anything about the refund of our deposit and advance payment for gas/water/electricity. Apparently the final inspection is ‘not yet available’. Seriously? During that final inspection, it was even suggested that we might be responsible for a damaged window frame and cleaning costs. Really ridiculous, especially considering how bad the house was in general. We hope this isn’t serious, because that would really be the last straw. All in all: we are enormously dissatisfied and advise everyone not to enter into an agreement with HouseHunting. Poor communication, no service, and zero responsibility.

Recently rented a house in Breda via HouseHunting. We can only be positive. We were initially hesitant to pay for the premium features. But, there's no lie to the benefits. You receive an email immediately when a new listing matches your search profile. You can then respond and quickly receive a second email with the option to schedule a viewing. Of course, you must be available on that date, but that is unfortunately the craziness of the current housing market. As soon as we had the viewing, we were able to easily upload all our documents via a system. HouseHunting also responded immediately to any uncertainties. Ultimately, a very pleasant experience and helpful employees. Some negative reviews I read here do not at all correspond with our experience. The current housing market is simply chaos, but HouseHunting does everything within their power to help and be available when needed.

I have rented through HouseHunting Breda for just over a year and a half and have always been very satisfied, especially with how maintenance and communication were handled. If something broke (which happens in every home), there was quick and clear response. No endless email exchanges or weeks of waiting, but simply clear agreements and a fast solution. You don't see that often. Also at the end of the rental period everything went fairly and smoothly. Definitely a real estate agent who has her affairs well organized and has the best interests at heart for both tenant and landlord.
