They say they will arrange it but then they don't. (multiple times) They also do not call or email back. Although they promise to. After many phone calls and emails from my side, the only reaction after almost 8 months of threatening with a bailiff was truly unbelievable. What a bunch of incompetents at the office in Groningen. Luckily there are better companies in Groningen.

Unfortunately, no stars for this worthless group of people. They've never heard of communication. And furthermore, it’s truly all trickery and deceit. And making an appointment is impossible because they are always somewhere else or at a different time. My advice: never do business with these people; it seems nice in the first conversation, but then the misery begins. I rented a building from them for a lot of money. I received the guarantee that everything would function, but everything was closed due to bankruptcy. Poor (read none) external communication, and internally the same, even had an argument on the phone with a lady who works there about one of her colleagues Job, who she says is called Joop, however important that may be. I hear from real estate agents in the city that Finesse operates at the edge of the market, and the stories I mentioned are common knowledge. Meanwhile, the location has another owner, and they haven't communicated anything about that either. So DO NOT do business with them. There were 2 A4 sheets with defects where nothing was done about it. Moreover, the installation company doesn’t want to come anymore because Finesse hasn’t paid the bill.

Top realtor! I bought my apartment in Groningen with Michael and sold it again 4 years later. Both the purchase and sale went perfectly! During the purchase, Michael prevented me from making mistakes and fully earned his fee. During the sale, we maintained very short lines of communication and Michael guided me from A to Z. I say; buying/selling a house in the Groningen region = call Michael!

It's a shame the realtor didn't come with tips to improve the house a bit before selling. Afterwards, we heard that we should have painted the walls downstairs. I also read later that the realtor told someone who came to view it that there was still room for negotiation. I don't think that's acceptable. This broker doesn't bother to respond if you contact them via the contact form on their website. They also have properties for sale that aren't actually for sale, and suddenly verbally sold but still remain listed on the website and therefore also on funda, very strange indeed! This smells like fraud!

They are SCAMMERS!! I received a flyer in my mailbox with the text; are you doubting to sell your home, then get a free and non-binding valuation. This was done and they indicated that they wanted to buy it for a certain amount (which according to their valuation) this amount turned out to be more than 20 percent below market price. So don't trust them!

Throughout the entire period, we had a pleasant and clear contact. Massink Vastgoed honors the agreements made. I experienced the collaboration as very enjoyable!
