Bad experience with this real estate agency. At the end of the golden times when houses sold like hotcakes, our realtor provided insufficient guidance when the market worsened. No time, very careless and poor communication. We even had to conduct viewings ourselves without the realtor. I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone! And definitely never sign a contract with termination costs at this office. When we no longer wanted to use their services, we were ultimately forced to pay the termination costs via the dispute resolution committee, despite their terrible service.
