The realtor says he is open and honest. But unfortunately, our feeling is different. Mr. almost decides himself who he places in the houses he is selling. The so-called 'goodwill factor' is mentioned multiple times in his mon dtaken. Personally, I would never want him to sell our house. Glad that a competitor will soon be arriving in gieten. Mr. is not transparent. We agree with previous reviews. Very unfortunate. Would have preferred to give the realtor 5 stars but it just isn’t there.

I had found a house of interest on Funda which the real estate agent was offering. Neatly filled out the contact form via their website and received no response. The next day, found a 06- number through that same website. Sent a WhatsApp message in the morning and received no response. Later that same day I called again and the call was rejected... you really wonder who your selling agent is 🤔

Throughout the entire process, we had the feeling that Nieboer was working for the buyer instead of for us. Our real estate agent never listened to our wishes and we never felt that he supported us during the sale of our house. He just wanted to sell it at any price to get his commission. And to make it worse, he lied to us at least once very harshly. Terrible service and extremely unprofessional!

After we bought a house through them and the entire roof under the tiles (insulation) was eaten away by martens, little sympathy (too bad) and dismissed. The previous residents must have known. But yes, prove that.

Our house had to be listed on funda as quickly as possible. And they arranged everything within a week. Called them on Thursday and the listing was live on funda the Friday week after. Honest sales broker, can quickly switch and respond quickly

Bad experience recently. They do not respond to messages via the contact form on their website. Furthermore, I was spoken to very unprofessionally on the phone (giggling about interest in a very popular house, which felt very belittling) and our offer was dismissed with what felt like a fabricated 'rule'. A strong impression that they obtain their money/commission through unfair means.

Broker is undiplomatic, blunt, poorly informed and has a double agenda!

Unfortunately, we have had several bad experiences with this office. Some time ago, when interested in a property, we were spoken to very unfriendly and unprofessionally by Mr. Pater over the phone. Later, when interested in other properties, there was no response whatsoever. In our opinion, a very unprofessional real estate agent.
