Na een aantal makelaars gesproken te hebben, heb ik uiteindelijke voor Danny Pellegrom van Beste Prijs Makelaars gekozen. Hij kwam over als vriendelijk, eerlijk, betrouwbaar en recht door zee en ik voelde me erg prettig bij hem. De prijzen die hij hanteert zijn ook bijzonder vriendelijk. De eerste drie maanden was het contact zeer prettig, hij ging above and beyond en heeft me ook geholpen met zaken die verder gingen dan alleen het huis. Min puntjes vond ik dat de geschreven tekst ronduit waardeloos was en was ik niet tevreden over de foto’s. Ook werden afspraken niet nagekomen ontremd bezichtigingen. De motivatie van Danny ging per maand achteruit en kwam hij nu vaak te laat. Hierdoor werd ik gedwongen steeds de kijkers te moeten ontmoeten, hierdoor hoorde ik kijkers wel zeggen dat het in het echt mooier en ruimer was dan op de foto’s…. Ook zouden we een open dag doen, die er mooi is gekomen. Weer een afspraak die niet nagekomen werd. Na 4 maanden nieuwe foto’s laten maken (door zijn dochter) en werd het huis van funda gehaald. Toen 3 weken later de foto’s nog altijd niet klaar waren en mijn huis nog altijd niet weer op funda stond, zocht ik contact en vanaf dat moment was de communicatie slecht. Overlegt werd er niet meer, op de hoogte gehouden werd ik ook niet meer. Mijn huis was niet meer gekoppeld aan move of aan mijn fund account. Een paar dagen later kreeg ik te horen dat er meerdere kijkers zouden zijn en of die de 1e week van maand 6 konden worden gepland. Ik gaf aan dat dat kon. De datum kwam steeds dichterbij, maar ik hoorde niets meer. 2 dagen van te voren vroeg ik of er nou nog iemand kwam (iets waar hij me in het begin altijd van op de hoogte hield) en dat ik zowel vanuit Move geen e-mails had gekregen en ook van hem niets had gehoord. Kortaf kreeg ik, er komen er 2 maar dat hoorde je toch ook vanuit Move? Nee dus dat had ik al aangegeven. O ja nou dan zou het opnieuw koppelen wel misgegaan zijn en hij zou ernaar kijken. Ik kreeg nooit meer iets te zien in move… Uiteindelijk werd er via een open inschrijving geboden en het stel met serieuze belangstelling had bij Danny geïnformeerd waar ze een beetje aan moesten denken qua bedrag. Zijn antwoord (vertelde hij me zelf):’ ja dat weet ik allemaal niet hoor dat kan ik momenteel niet in zien. Het resultaat? En bod onder de vraagprijs…in een tijd waarin er veel overboden wordt…. Het bod lag er een de makelaar begon me te pushen dit aan te nemen, maar inmiddels was er bij mij iets dusdanigs ernstigs gebeurd dat ik eigenlijk geen andere keuze leek te hebben dan het huis uit de verkoop te halen, iets wat ik niet wilde. Ik gaf aan een week de tijd nodig te hebben voor ik uitsluitsel kon geven en dit ook te communiceren naar de bieders. Deze tijd werd me door de makelaar niet gegund. Meermalen bleef hij aandringen op een antwoord en zei zelfs zal ik gewoon zeggen dat je er pas na een half jaar uitgaat? Ook daar kon ik nog geen antwoord op geven en ik voelde me ontzettend onder druk gezet. Ik wilde dit persoonlijk er hem doorspreken, maar afspraken waren er met hem niet meer te maken. Uiteindelijk heb ik het besluit moeten nemen het huis uit de verkoop te moeten halen en toen ik dit aan Danny vroeg kreeg ik onmiddellijk een beindigingsfactuur toegestuurd en werd me gezegd dat het huis pas van funda en de andere verkoop sites werd afgehaald als ik betaald had. Ik gaf aan met geen woord gesproken te hebben over de beindiging van de samenwerking en alleen gevraagd te hebben het huis uit de verkoop te halen. De reactie was dat dit onduidelijk was. 2 weken later was nog altijd het huis niet uit de verkoop gehaald en kreeg ik een mailtje dat hij kijkers had en wat nou de stand van zaken was? Hij liet mij dus geen andere keuze de factuur te betalen zodat mijn huis eindelijk uit de verkoop zou zijn! Ik vind dit schandalig en al deze stress kon ik er gewoon iet bij hebben. Super leuk dat jullie reageren met onwaarheden :) als er geen afspraak is dan doet iemand idd niet open en als men andere afspraken heeft reageer je idd ook niet op de telefoon dat klopt :)

My experience with BestePrijsMakelaars.nl has unfortunately been very disappointing. Both the buyer and seller agreed on the price and delivery of the house, but the process stumbled on the conditions and the deficient communication via the real estate agent. Despite us having allowed, in good faith, the sale to be arranged through their real estate agent instead of our own, we have had to deal with several serious errors in the draft purchase agreement. Articles were added or omitted without consultation, which led to confusion and delay. Moreover, the buyer did not respond for weeks, further complicating the process. We made efforts to ensure that the sale proceeded smoothly, came twice with a price reduction, and tried to work constructively together, but the disappointing course of events has cost a lot of unnecessary time and undermined trust. Given this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend BestePrijsMakelaars.nl.
