02 Aug 2025I had engaged Mathieu Paul to prepare a valuation report for my property. He had forgotten to take photos of the attic and asked me if I could do that. Since I had to pay € 800.00 for this report, I thought a discount would be appropriate. He was able to offer a € 20.00 discount. For that amount, I thought it better that he come take the photos himself, and he did so after first threatening to return the assignment. This wasn't an option, I think, because VOF Huurlingsedam was the client, not myself. When he came to take these two photos, he still wanted to know why I couldn’t do it myself, that he always likes to be in good contact with people and always tries not to overdo the valuation. Now? It was an unpleasant experience for me.

Not to assert my correctness, because it’s not about being right but about each other's interpretation, but precisely out of respect. Because silence could also convey something that I wouldn’t want: as if I don’t care what you think of it. On the contrary, that is why I would still like to give a brief explanation. You selected me from a list of appraisers, as prescribed by the rules for this type of appraisal. The landowner/developer is the client for the appraisal. I understand that € 800 is a lot of money. At the same time, I would also like to explain, as you know, that you pay half of that and the landowner/developer pays the other half. This too is arranged in the regulations. When I discovered that a photo of the attic was missing, something that happens very occasionally and is usually resolved by the owner or resident who then sends me that little photo via WhatsApp, I contacted you and asked if you could take two photos of the attic. You did not agree with this; it was my job, and in principle you are also right about that. You asked if there would be a discount included. I was surprised because I had never experienced this before and suggested a €20 discount. That didn't meet your wishes, after which you indicated that I should just come by myself for the photo of the attic. Which I did the next day. The tone of our contact at that moment, which I did not experience as pleasant and surprised me, made me suggest giving back the assignment if necessary. Not out of resistance, and not as a pressure tactic but because I genuinely believe in pleasant cooperation without hassle and with trust in each other. During my visit for the forgotten photo, I tried to express things to each other, to understand what the feeling was for you and for me, to clear the air. Apparently that didn’t succeed. What I also mentioned then is that I like to deal with people in a pleasant way and that I carry out my appraisal fairly. By that I mean getting to an honest appraisal without exaggerating. That applies to every assignment and that's what I stand behind in this situation as well. Reachability was high, the possibility of consultation was always available. Thanks to the online file, as a seller you stay informed about the viewings. Nikki knows how things work, is not discouraged by arguments from prospective buyers, and knows what she stands for: the best possible selling price for her client. Our sales process went smoothly and the house has generated sufficient viewings from which a sale originated. I have already passed on this realtor's business card to someone else in the neighborhood. :-)

Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). Our hearts started beating faster; this was the house we had viewed in April 2024 during an Open House Day! When it seemed like things were going to go wrong with the selected buyer, forward-thinking was applied in follow-up steps, I received explanations regarding the legal rules and regular updates on the status of affairs. The entire office is familiar with the matters and can keep you informed. It was a pleasant collaboration with good results! (Purchase 2021) Very well assisted in purchasing my first home. Marcel provided expert guidance during viewings and the entire purchase process, quick responses when I had questions, had short lines of communication with selling agents or with the internal mortgage advisor. In addition, the value of the house was estimated very sharply, equal to the value of the appraiser! I experienced a very pleasant collaboration!

Date unknownI cannot recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's agent, unfortunately. For the high cost price, you can hope that they will respond to a simple question such as when you pay them (separately or at the notary), however, I would have to ask the notary that. When I asked if they had reviewed the purchase agreement, they reacted dismissively because it was just a standard contract and didn't need to be read. However, there were several non-standard extra sections. Many recommended third parties such as notary, building inspection, and appraisal were poorly regarded and not worth recommending overall. Overall, I don’t feel like I was well supported in buying my house and I am of the opinion that the costs have not been balanced with the services provided. I will avoid this real estate agent in the future. Edit 26-09-2024: Response to Rob from Disbergen: This is certainly not a misunderstanding but happened some years ago. I submitted a long complaint email at the time. It was then forwarded to the relevant real estate agent and nothing further was done about it. Given that I still find this unpleasant and you didn’t do anything about it back then, even though there was an opportunity, I am now posting this review to warn others. As confirmation that it is the correct office, the involved realtor was Marcel T.

31 May 2025Buying a house isn't something you do every day... so it's nice to have someone by your side who knows what they're doing. With Rob van Disbergen Makelaardij, we were completely fine. Marcel gave sharp, good advice and could quickly switch gears when needed. He was easily accessible and came up with many useful tips for renovation and DIY projects. Moreover, he kept us grounded when we almost wanted to buy something in a neighborhood that wasn't really suitable for us. We are very happy about that! In the office, Nathalie was always accessible, helpful, and very friendly. No question was too much, and we always received quick and clear answers. In short: super happy with how everything went. If we ever do this again (hopefully not), we know where to go!

13 Nov 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. For example, there were some issues with finding an available notary. In the end, our notary was found by the seller's broker. At some point it seemed that two notaries were trying to handle the transfer.

My house was beautifully presented on funda thanks to a good photoshoot. I personally conducted the viewings in my house, but the real estate agent (Guido) negotiated on my behalf, which worked perfectly. He also gave me advice when I had various questions and when buying another house. Very accessible and pleasant. And not unimportant: a completely different financial picture than with a regular real estate agent.

Because Digimakelaars helped us excellently last time, I chose them without hesitation again, didn't even approach anyone else. Despite having to ask much more support from them this time, I was pleasantly surprised again. Everything was arranged perfectly and I actually didn't have to worry about anything. Handled everything in detail in the pleasant way that I remembered from last time. As far as I am concerned, I can still wholeheartedly recommend Digimakelaars. The sale of your house is well taken care of and at a very reasonable price. Conclusion: a solid 10+!

20 Nov 2024I tried to sell my house through Digimakelaars. At the beginning of our collaboration, I informed them about a problem I had with my neighbor, and I received assurance that it would not be an issue. However, during the first visit by potential buyers, my neighbor got into conversation with the realtor. As a result, they decided to terminate our cooperation immediately. Nevertheless, I have not received a refund of over € 700,- that I paid for the photography services. I do not recommend them; they are incompetent, unreliable and dishonest!

Dear Bartosz, we are talking about a situation that occurred in March 2023, more than one and a half years ago. It involved a threatening situation. The problem was larger than just an issue with the neighbor. We were not clearly informed by you as client about this. The neighbor turned out to be aggressive, threatened my employee, and we even contacted the police about it. For safety reasons, we stopped the assignment. Regarding your question about the reimbursement of start-up costs, we explained that these are third-party costs that we are allowed to pass on to our clients in such cases. We offered to make the produced marketing material available to you, but this offer was not accepted. After this explanation, you came to our office to pick up the keys and did not discuss this topic any further, so we assumed that our explanation was accepted. We regret seeing this again in Google reviews after 1.5 years. If you would like to talk about this further, we are always open for a conversation.

20 Jul 2024We are renting a house through Vesteda. The houses are now being offered for sale. This seems like a nice, good story with it, but then the offer is significantly higher than the official appraisal for market value. Previously, it was said that the house would be offered at a 'better price' (or with another resident 'casco') than normal on the market. Unfortunately, this is not correct. It’s still strange that a real estate agent states upfront that they have never sold a house in this area and then doesn’t go along with an appraisal from a real estate agent from around here.... For people in Rhenen who are in the same situation or will be getting it offered, keep in mind that the appraisal will be lower than the bid and you will therefore need to have quite a bit of your own money. Really a shame since we really wanted to buy it but the pitch was nicer than reality.
