Vreselijk bureau met vreselijke communicatie. De eerste keer dat ik ze op kantoor ontmoette, was om mijn sleutels op te halen. Degene die mijn zaak behandelde, vond het grappig om me voor de gek te houden en te zeggen dat ze de sleutels niet hadden. Na twee uur rijden vond ik dat niet grappig. Ze aarzelden ook niet om je dingen in rekening te brengen die niet legaal zijn. Ik moest een keer een advocaat bellen om ze ervan te weerhouden, omdat ze een fout in het contract hadden gemaakt waardoor ze mijn huur niet konden verhogen. Eigenlijk mogen ze mijn huur nooit verhogen en toch hebben ze het een paar keer geprobeerd. De enige keer dat ze aardig en professioneel waren, was toen ze belden om te vragen wanneer ik van plan was te verhuizen, omdat de verhuurder hen dwong het verschil te betalen dat ze me niet in rekening konden brengen. Met hun houding en gedrag zou ik hier graag nog 20 jaar wonen met een bevroren huur 🤗
