We were scammed by this real estate agent, but when you show that you are aware of the law, they quickly reverse the incorrectly charged costs (they charged the same costs to both buyer and seller, which is legally prohibited) fortunately. They distinguish themselves by at least admitting that they exploit the ignorance of their customers, others real estate agents could still learn from them.

Don't rent via this real estate agent, it saves you a lot of trouble!!! Absolutely worthless real estate agent. You may not have contact with the landlord and everything goes through your contact person. When I had said my rent was paid, an end inspection was done and it was stated that there was little to no damage and the apartment was neat. Afterwards I heard nothing for longer than a month and had to chase my deposit myself. After not hearing anything for a month, only 20% of the paid deposit was refunded to me. All of a sudden there were various things wrong and broken, while that wasn't in the report which was drawn up by Govaert themselves. They make things up afterwards and a month after you've moved out of your apartment all of a sudden various cost items are invented. Straight theft in my opinion and easy money making. They should be ashamed of themselves. Don't rent via this real estate agent, it saves you a lot of trouble!!!

The photographer was skilled and took beautiful photos. It took 1 week before we received the brochure. We did have to chase it up ourselves to get the property listed on Funda on the day we chose and were advised (negative point). Just before the property went live on Funda, the selling price was only determined, which in our opinion could have happened a bit earlier. We received a clear report from each viewing. The bidding process was exciting but we still got a good offer. All in all, a good real estate agent.

I had to think about this for a long time but still wanted to share it. I had a viewing for a house in Kattenbroek a few months ago, which was a pleasant experience in itself. It was just a bidding sale that, as far as I know, would close on Friday or Monday around 12 o'clock. My purchasing broker then submitted our bid a few minutes before the deadline. Then we were called that evening with the story that the property had actually been promised to someone else by the sellers but that I still had the highest bid. Then came the question of whether my offer was also without a financing condition. I indicated that it was. Eventually, however, the house went to the party to whom it had initially been promised by the seller. My suspicion, and why this feels bitter to me, is that my bid was passed on to the initial party and they got another chance to match it so that the sellers could get an even better deal and also keep their promises. Otherwise, I can't explain such a phone call. Furthermore, the highest bid is simply the highest bid when it works with registration. If the latter is not correct and there is a completely different explanation, I would like to hear it here, but I don’t think I can close this properly because it has been a very disappointing experience...

Wij hebben via Jos Boterman een huisje op huurgrond aangeschaft. Vanaf het eerste moment hebben wij aangegeven de grond erbij te willen kopen en Jos gaf aan dat dit in januari weer zonder problemen zou kunnen. Dit bleek echter onjuist, de grond was niet te koop waardoor wij jaarlijks 5000,- aan huur mochten weggooien. We zijn dus zeer slecht voorgelicht! We besloten het huisje te verkopen om een huisje met grond te kopen. Nu moeten we bij Jos de hoofdprijs betalen voor de verkoop en is de service en bereikbaarheid ineens waardeloos. Geen aanrader! Kies een andere makelaar als dat kan!

Deze makelaar is een echte aanrader. We hebben de woning bezichtigd met Milan Boterman, die erg vriendelijk en zeer competent is. Nadat we een akkoord hadden bereikt met de verkoper, nam het kantoor de rest van het proces over. De samenwerking met het team was meer dan perfect; al onze vragen werden beantwoord, alle documenten werden ter inzage verstrekt en de reacties waren altijd zeer snel. Het hele proces verliep vlekkeloos. Hoewel ik Nederlands spreek, werd het hele consult, zoals gebruikelijk, in perfect Duits gevoerd; ze waren erg behulpzaam. Ik zou graag weer van hun diensten gebruikmaken!

Geen fijne ervaring. Uiteindelijk hebben ze het chalet wel verkocht maar de communicatie was matig tot slecht en als je weet hoeveel provisie deze mensen vragen, en vervolgens zeer passief verkopen vind ik het geen succes.

Gisteren was de sleuteloverdracht van onze accommodatie op Badhoophuizen ZZ30 een feit. Het totale verkoopproces was tot in de puntjes proffesioneel geregeld, met relevante deskundige adviezen. Wij hebben in 2019 via Jos Boterman een Cub la Mer aangekocht op De Zanding in Otterlo. De overdracht en begeleiding is op een zeer prettige en deskundige verlopen. In 2024 hebben wij door omstandigheden het geliefde huisje moeten verkopen. Natuurlijk hebben wij dat weer in handen gegeven van Uwtweedehuismakelaar, nu kregen wij te maken met de zoon van Jos. Ook deze overdracht is weer prima en prettig begeleid. Wij zullen dan ook zeker de mensen die een vakantiehuis zoeken in binnen-en buitenland dit gespecialiseerde makelaarskantoor aanbevelen. Een betrouwbare partner voor de aankoop van een vakantieappartement in Nederland. Ondanks de verschillende talen verliep de communicatie vlekkeloos. Ook na het tekenen van het contract bleven ze bereikbaar.

Deze makelaar is niet aan te raden! Veel fouten in de omschrijving van ons chalet, die niet werden hersteld! B.v. huurgrond moest koopgrond zijn. Verkeerde locatie van het chalet. Niets willen toevoegen van ons aan de tekst. Ons niet op de hoogte houden. Wij hadden een 1 jarig contract, waarvan wij 2 maanden eerder zijn gestopt! En ook nog eens €600,00 kwijt aan "bemiddelingskosten"! Schandalig!!!

Ik moet helaas ook constateren dat van actief makelen geen sprake is. Nadat woning maanden geleden in verkoop is gegeven en eerste bemiddelingskosten waren overgemaakt is het erg stil. Wel nog keer brief gehad om o.a. de woning maar uit verhuur te halen en prijs te verlagen, hetgeen uiteraard )gelukkig niet gedaan is. Ook een openhuis gehad en geen terugkoppeling van makelaar gehad. Al met al zijn er met name in de communicatie nog meters te maken.

We zijn erg goed geholpen door Bjorn en Elise bij de aankoop van een chalet. Er werd snel geantwoord op al onze vragen. Het contact was erg prettig.

Afspraak gemaakt om een woning in de verkoop te nemen, helaas kwam Perrie zonder opgaaf van reden niet opdagen en heeft hij na dagen ook niet gereageerd op telefoon en verzonden app. Bevestigd alleen maar de geluiden die ik op voorhand hoorde over het nakomen van afspraken van Voorbach Makelaardij.

Perrie heeft ons appartement snel en goed verkocht. Gaf duidelijke uitleg over zijn strategie en was belangstellend naar onze vervolgstappen en gaf ons ook betrouwbare informatie, waar we terecht konden voor een bijzondere hypotheek in ons geval. Was meedenkend en en hield ons op de hoogte van de vorderingen. Hij had een kijkmiddag georganiseerd en vanuit de biedingen eennkeus gemaakt, waardoor we het supersnel verkocht hadden. We waren en zijn nog steeds tevreden

Afspraak tot bezichtig geplanned blijkt het achter af met meerdere mensen te zijn in tijden van corona. p hij loopt niet mee, een van zn duo koop companen die naar de alcohol ruikt. Niet vermelden op funda dat er erfpacht op het huis zit dit gebeurde op de dag van de bezichtiging via een rare mail gericht aan iemand anders. huis stond te koop als 4 slaapkamers terwijl het 3 waren met een mogelijkheid om een 4de te realiseren en 3 vond ik ook al teveel want de 3de was een kale zolder. Na al deze zaken konde we dan ook niet een hoog bod uit brengen. waarna er nooit meer terug gekomen is. al met al als koper een zeer slechte indruk gekregen

Altijd goede ervaringen gehad met Domica Amersfoort.

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben een zeer positieve ervaring gehad met Domica bij het vinden van een huurwoning in Amsterdam. We werkten samen met Mark, die uiterst professioneel was en uitstekend communiceerde, zelfs met het tijdsverschil. Elke stap in het huurproces was heel duidelijk en goed gedocumenteerd. Ze hebben fantastisch werk verricht door al onze vragen te beantwoorden.

Eemvallei had mij te laat een bezichtings uitnodiging gestuurd. (Kwam ik pas achter na een nare telefoongesprek met domica) Nadat ik had geklikt op “ja ik heb intresse” werd het gelijk gewijzigd naar “je hebt geen belangstelling” ik netjes gebeld en ze verwezen me door naar domica. Ik legde mijn verhaal voor met de vraag hoe ik dit kon wijzigen en ik wel belangstelling had. Meneer van Domica had waarschijnlijk zijn dag niet en ging gelijk schreeuwen en tegen me te keer dat hij daar niks aan kon doen en het allemaal mijn fout was. Lieve meneer van Domica. We snappen allebei dat dit niet aan ons lag. Maar het feit dat je niet eens het kleine fastoen kan hebben en mij netjes kan uitleggen hoe het komt en gelijk tegen mij gaat schreeuwen aan de telefoon laat mij zien dat het ook maar beter was dat ik het huis niet heb gekregen. Hopelijk word er beter gekeken en beter getraind op de “klantvriendelijkheid”

Geen huur ervaring. Wel kreeg ik super snel een bezichtiging aangeboden. Makelaar was vriendelijk en enthousiast. Ik schreef me na de bezichtiging gelijk in bij Domica, voor het geval dat er een vergelijkbare woning misschien wel op zou komen. Dit abonnement kost een paar tientjes €. Je krijgt dan voorrang bij de bezichtiging. Nog geen 10 minuten daarna werd ik door een ander bedrijf gebeld dat ik een ander appartement mocht huren. Domica gemaild met de vraag of ik mijn geld terug mocht voor het abonnement, gezien ik het niet gebruikt had en niet meer ging gebruiken. Snel antwoord en het geld stond gelijk dezelfde dag nog terug op mijn rekening. Super! Mensen die ik ken die bij Domica huren hebben een prettige ervaring. Zeker dus aan te raden!

This is not a businessperson! I had requested an inspection with Regio Makelaars Soest, but then received a response from Domica Makelaar Amersfoort. Apparently that is one company, but this was nowhere clearly communicated. My experience with Domica was utterly disappointing and unprofessional. Two times I tried to ask a question by phone about the time of the appointment, but both times I was curtly dismissed with: 'Just do it in email, I don't have time, I need to hang up.' This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a real estate agent and gave me the feeling that my questions were seen as a burden. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM, but due to circumstances I asked if the inspection could take place a few hours later on the same day. The answer was simply: 'No, then it stops.' Apparently there is no room for flexibility or customer friendliness and you have to fully adapt to his schedule in short notice. After this experience I sent a request to cancel my application, because I do not want to be treated in an unfriendly manner. The response was: 'OK, I'll take you out of the appointment. You must understand that we receive hundreds of emails and phone calls per day.' If the office has so much work pressure that customer service suffers, I would say: shut your doors or be honest that you are not able to help customers adequately. I can absolutely not recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's, seller's or lettings agent. The treatment feels like you're asking for something for free or like you are a stranger, instead of a valued customer. This is not the way to do business!

Slechte ervaring met de klant. Ik was 15 minuten te laat voor mijn afspraak vanwege een ongelukje en ze nemen de telefoon niet op, beantwoorden geen e-mails en bellen zelfs niet terug om te vragen of er een probleem is. Echt onprofessioneel en onzakelijk gedrag. Absoluut niet aan te raden.

Goede ervaring met dit bedrijf, goed contact, vriendelijk en bereid om in elke situatie te helpen.

Als je via hen een huis probeert te kopen, zullen ze je niet steunen. Hun cliënt is de verkoper/verhuurder van het huis en ze zullen geen enkele moeite doen om jou te beschermen. Ze gaven hun cliënt (mijn ex-verhuurder) onjuist juridisch advies en vertelden ons vervolgens dat ze niets meer met de situatie te maken wilden hebben die ze zelf hadden veroorzaakt. Ik zou ze 0 sterren geven als dat kon. Steun ze niet bij het oplichten van mensen.
