My studio was first under another manager, then after a year it came under fix real estate, I only realized how bad the previous manager was. Fix real estate reacts directly to emails, they try to think along with solutions and if something is not in order they try to solve it immediately. Really top, such managers are needed. So if you're looking for a manager for your property, I'm not joking, fix real estate is actually the best choice! The tenant will never be dissatisfied with them.

As a student, you are used to the fact that there are bad managers in Nijmegen. Problems are not solved, late response times etc. This problem I also experienced with my previous manager. I had already almost half a year with a broken tap, which was not responded to. The previous owner sold the property, in which my studio is located, to the current owner. The current owner decided immediately to have the property managed by Fix real estate. All my problems were solved within a week. Also, my later problems were solved within no time. No problem they cannot solve. Fix real estate is an enrichment among the managers!!
