We were well assisted by Marcel from Keizer Karel Business Brokers. We have viewed several properties with Marcel in recent times and weighed the pros and cons together. After we made our choice, we had a meeting with the landlord after only three days. Afterwards, things went very quickly; within a few days Marcel finalized the lease agreement, and shortly thereafter we received the keys. If you are looking for new commercial space, I definitely recommend Marcel, he is patient, gives honest advice, and acts quickly.
Mr. M. Hulshof was extremely unpleasant during our property viewing. He repeatedly tried to interject during negotiations with the landlord and greeted us upon arrival with a sullen demeanor. His behavior even seemed to be racist. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful conduct is completely unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this realtor!
