Widia van Ham is a fantastic real estate agent who truly goes through fire for her clients. She guided us both in the purchase and sale of our home, and her dedication was exceptional from start to finish. During the purchasing process we found ourselves in an exciting situation: the non-binding conditions were about to expire while financing had not yet been finalized. Thanks to Widia’s quick thinking she managed to swiftly obtain the necessary documents for the mortgage file – such as annual reports and documents of our current mortgage – from the relevant authorities. She also immediately arranged appraisers for both our current home in Hoofddorp and the purchased farm house in Mussel, so that appraisal reports could be delivered promptly. Everything was organized at lightning speed, allowing the bank to finally approve financing on time. Widia was always reachable, thought along with us and took care of everything – even matters officially outside her scope of duties. Her involvement, perseverance, and dedication are rare.
