I was also unfortunately disappointed because we were initially congratulated on a house, then it fell through and it was just bad luck. No excuse or consideration. Just brushed off. Then made another offer and after waiting a long time, we contacted them ourselves. I was going to be called back but never heard anything again. Meanwhile, we bought a beautiful house through another real estate agent.

At first glance, everything seems fine, however as time passes you notice what an incredibly chaotic mess it is within this company. Failing to keep appointments, not refunding deposits. You do expect some service, however it turns out they have absolutely no interest in satisfying their customers. The communication is downright terrible - they respond slowly to emails and if you try to call them, you always get voicemail. It's as if they are trying to hide the fact that they have no idea what they are doing. The most frustrating thing is that they take absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes. We have tried multiple times to confront them with the problems, but they brushed everything aside and blamed us for the situation. They seem only interested in collecting the money, without any concern for the quality of their services. I cannot recommend this brokerage to anyone looking for a reliable and professional partner when buying or renting a home. They ruined our experience and cost us a lot of time, money and stress. If I could, I would gladly give them a negative score of -5 stars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

A very unprofessional place. They lied that the landlord is the one who decides who gets a rental property, but in reality, they are the ones who decide. After keeping us in limbo for 2 months, they signed a contract of which the landlord ultimately knew nothing about and was also not happy with their service. The landlord also confirmed that he knew nothing about us (because according to them we had to write a cover letter about ourselves to the landlord). The viewing day went by hastily and there was not good information provided. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I must admit that initially I thought she was exaggerating about what she could do for us. However, she not only kept her promises, but exceeded them significantly.
