Very pleasantly surprised since you generally only hear negative things about housing corporations. M&G Housing is very communicative, helpful and friendly. I just moved into a beautiful studio. Their English is great, so international students/people don't have to worry! They also give you a translation of important documents (for example the contract), which was very useful. If you have questions, they answer immediately. The only thing that could have been better is that the previous tenant clearly did not clean the property before moving out. I personally find it very important to move into a spotless home, cleaned by the previous tenant or by a cleaning agency. Hence only 4.2/5 stars. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it!

Based on my experience with them, they are much more than any other housing agency in the vicinity of Maastricht when it comes to timely, efficient and adequate communication. They make the rental procedure very simple and convenient, because everything is very well organized from the moment of the first viewing until (and even after) the key handover. I really liked using digital solutions for signing contracts and inspecting the apartment. During the rental process they also arranged for companies that handle utilities, services and insurance to contact me promptly to help arrange everything. After all, I would definitely choose them again in the future and can therefore sincerely recommend them to anyone looking for a place in and around Maastricht.

I had a total of two viewings with M&G Housing, but unfortunately wasn't selected for the studio. Overall, this company responds very quickly to emails and phone calls. They are very professional, yet at the same time approachable, understanding (I was able to hold my viewing online) and transparent. Even though I only had two viewings, I felt taken seriously from the beginning and felt that I was treated with respect, something I applaud them for.
