Very pleasantly surprised, as you generally only hear negative things about housing corporations. M&G Housing is very communicative, helpful and friendly. I just moved into a beautiful studio. Their English is excellent, so no worries international students/people! They also give you a translation of important documents (such as the contract), which was very useful. If you have questions, you get an immediate answer. The only thing that could have been better is that the previous tenant clearly did not clean the property before moving out. Personally, I find it very important to live in a spotless house, whether cleaned by the previous tenant or by a cleaning company. Therefore, only 4.2/5 stars. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it!
