In October 2020, I had a quote requested through Mrs. Vos for the sale of our house. Her asking price advice was € 335,000. The two quotes issued by other real estate agents were both well above € 400,000. On my feedback to her, regarding my question concerning the extremely large difference, she reacted very unprofessionally and defensively. She stated that as a certified VBO appraiser, she knew exactly what our house was worth and asserted that the other real estate agents were not competent in that area. The house was sold within two weeks for € 430,000. The appraised value for the buyer's mortgage even turned out to be € 435,000. It seems surreal but if I had chosen Vesta real estate, I would have gone down with the ship for a small € 100,000. Apparently, it is not about the customer’s interest, but about serving one's own interest as quickly and easily as possible. I now understand the company slogan around 'quickly' selling. Indeed, that works that way.

Smooth, fast and worry-free! I urgently wanted to sell a property where tenants were still present. Because this had to happen quickly, I asked Senly from Vesta about the possibilities. Communication is poor. Multiple times called to place a bid. Each time a return call request is placed, but no return calls occur. After having called 4 times, we were told that the house had been sold subject to conditions. The real estate agent does not keep you informed of developments and if you ask about it yourself, you are always sent from pillar to post. It's a shame that communication has gone dramatically wrong both internally and towards the customer. Hopefully things will go better during a next encounter with Vesta Vastgoed. Apart from that, the viewing and brochure were entirely satisfactory.
