Trying to obtain information regarding a house for sale. Mr. de Vor was abrupt and rude. On Funda, the maintenance was listed as moderate, which does not actually correspond with the real condition. According to Mr., the house can only be demolished and is no longer worth renovating. That also doesn't match the description. If Mr. de Vor had responded properly and simply answered my questions, I might have still considered making the investment, but purely due to his i.m.o. almost impolite phone call, I will strongly advise against this real estate agent.

Our experience with the real estate agent was excellent. The agent understood our wishes and expectations and took the time for that, providing expert advice on the sales strategy. He proposed a realistic price for the house, which resulted in many people and therefore viewings. Throughout the entire process, he regularly kept me informed of developments and was always available for my questions and never too much to ask. The contact with the office was clear and friendly. And since we didn't have an average house, no effort was spared and our house was ultimately sold for an excellent price. I am very satisfied with the service and can wholeheartedly recommend this real estate agent to anyone who wants to sell their house.

Unfortunately, not a pleasant experience with this real estate agent. I saw in a previous message that people are being kept on hold, and this is also my experience. Furthermore, there are still areas for improvement regarding treatment and communication skills. Mr. de Vor already knew in the morning that the purchase would not go ahead for us and only after much insistence with the receptionist took the trouble to inform us at the end of the day. This was a distressing conversation in which little understanding was shown. Very unfortunate. We have been looking for another home for some time and we have gained considerable experience with different real estate agents, where we were disappointed more than once, as so many people are. However, never had such a bad experience as here.

Employees were not honest. Their goal was to sell as quickly as possible and make money, regardless of the financial consequences for their own client. This has cost me €25,000. Only a few minutes after signing the preliminary purchase agreement was all information provided. At that point I could no longer go back. The Vor? No, thank you!

Unfortunately, a bad experience with this company. I certainly won't try to buy a house here again, and definitely not sell one. Easy money seems to be the motto, and made agreements don’t matter. Very unprofessional. The desired property was promised to us but after letting all conditions expire and making necessary arrangements with the financial advisor, it was simply sold to someone else and all agreements were thrown in the trash. This falls under my motto of sharp dealing. Don't celebrate too early when a house is promised because there’s a good chance it will pass you by.

After leaving a voicemail for an appointment to view the property, call back immediately (within 1 minute). Message: we have already filled the spot...do not call.

This company keeps people on a string! A bid was placed on a house. 1.5 weeks later we finally received a message that the bid had been accepted. Then they took 9 days to send a draft purchase agreement. After calling countless times (meanwhile, 21 days and 2 canceled appointments later), we were finally able to have an inspector come (but well, now we can cancel him again). In addition, we contacted them to adjust the purchase agreement because an essential condition precedent was missing, while we had discussed this several times. During that conversation, the realtor mentioned that this is not common practice and it's not possible. Only when we mentioned that we have a financial advisor was there potentially an opportunity to inform the selling party about this. The day after this conversation, we received a phone call saying that the house had received another bid and they were moving forward with the other bidders. Then during the conversation, it was said that the adjustment would not have been a problem at all. We were led to believe that if there were other bidders, we would be notified and given 48 hours to waive our conditions. With us, the illusion was created that this had been the case from the acceptance of our bid. Now we were called with the news that another bid had been placed, that it had been accepted, and that we didn't have 48 hours because nothing has yet been signed. In the meantime, we put our own house up for sale and incurred costs. In short, misery.

Our house sold and our new house purchased through Peter de Vor! Very correctly and kindly assisted. Received neat text and explanation after each viewing, as well as advice on how to proceed. I would recommend them to everyone.

I unfortunately have bad experiences with this real estate agent. We had seen a property new on Funda and immediately scheduled a viewing with them. However, due to work, we were only able to do the viewing a few days later. On the morning of the viewing, we received a phone call that an earlier viewing had already taken place and they reached an agreement directly, so our viewing was no longer possible. This gave us a very bitter feeling, because we didn't get the chance, even though it was planned and we had to take time off specially for it. That afternoon, we sent a message stating that we found how things went very unpleasant and received no response! Really not fair!!!
