Wij hebben onze woning in de verkoop gezet bij Drieman Garantiemakelaars. Voor dit makelaarskantoor gekozen door een eerder contact in het verleden. De intake gesprekken verliepen goed en we zijn goed geïnformeerd over wat ons te wachten stond. Het hele verkoop proces verliep prima. Alleen het digitale gedoe met het programma Move was niet ons ding. Maar goed dat is ook gelukt. Het uiteindelijke resultaat stelt ons tevreden. Daarom onze dank aan het gehele team van Drieman Garantiemakelaars Nieuwkoop.

Na intensief en goed contact over en weer met Corné, is het huis verkocht en dat was precies de opdracht die Drieman had.

What a bad real estate agency... deliberately lied in the advertisement about the ground rent of the house (because, I quote: 'the ground rent is so low that it's no problem, we didn't put this in the advertisement because that would scare people away'). The ground rent was therefore a big problem. Before the bank could provide a mortgage, a notarial opinion about the ground rent was needed. Here too, Drieman real estate agent was particularly evasive towards the notary, because Mr. found it all unnecessary. I am still getting angry and sick when thinking about these people. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Drieman Garantiemakelaars. Reaction to Drieman's reaction: Especially the part 'We do not recognize ourselves in the image that deliberate false information was provided' is painful. See attached photo: a screenshot of the relevant house on Funda. Here clearly false information was provided because it is stated here as if it were full ownership while it should have been clearly stated that it was a ground rent.

We are satisfied with the good service from Drieman. Very easy to reach, quick switching and nice consideration during the sale of our house. This relieved us. We recommend them to everyone!

Our experience with Vida Makelaars has been frankly disappointing. One star is actually too much for this disgusting realtor! During the first viewing, we were already greeted unfriendly. The realtor made no effort to actually sell the house and seemed completely uninterested in us as potential buyers. This was an extremely unpleasant start. Despite this, it was the house we were looking for, so we decided to make an offer. Initially, the house was promised to us, we were quite happy with the house. To our surprise, however, a little later (on the day of the building inspection) we heard that our offer was not sufficient after all and that another bid had to be made, despite the fact that the house had already been sold to us. As someone in business, I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. There was also no understanding from the realtor. The only thing this unprofessional lady could say was: 'This is allowed, nothing is on paper yet.' No consideration was shown for the fact that this is morally reprehensible and absolutely unprofessional. Ultimately, we did buy the house, at a much higher price, because we really wanted it. (Fortunately, our buying realtor prevented us from making a bid that would have been another 15k higher.) Finally, again the communication with Vida was frankly unpleasant during delivery. We were once again confronted with an unfriendly and grumpy attitude from this lady. We do understand that sometimes it can be difficult to make deals, and that a realtor has to sell a house for a third party and wants to receive the best price (which also didn't succeed) but some empathy and friendliness is at least what you would expect from a realtor in my opinion. We will strongly advise everyone not to do business with this realtor ().
