In the past year, we viewed 3 properties with Niels and each time were told that we weren't selected. After speaking with the owners of the properties, we learned that Niels didn't send our documents completely or not at all. Niels also twisted our words, so you don't get a chance for a rental property, and thus we also get a bad image. Don't do business with them as a tenant and not as a landlord. If there are landlords present who want to rent out a property, we would rather pay more in rent than have such an unprofessional company involved.

Aggressive director, they find intimidation normal and unprofessional in attitude. Fortunately, the judge intervened, nice.

Meanwhile I’ve called twice for a property on Schieweg in Delft that is for rent. Twice I left my phone number. Now almost a week has passed, but no response. Hey Dijksman.....don't call me anymore please, go earn some money from someone else. A shame for such a landlord, who of course pays a nice commission to such a ''broker''.
