Ik heb diezelfde dag een digitale brochure ontvangen en hem die avond nog duidelijk laten weten dat ik geen interesse had. Ondanks dat, werd ik op 1 april en opnieuw op 8 april telefonisch benaderd, zonder enige aanleiding. Na zijn tweede telefoontje heb ik op 8 april nogmaals expliciet geappt dat ik geen interesse heb. En toch stuurde hij op 2 juli opnieuw een promotievideo met “Goedemorgen Bhody”, alsof er niets was gebeurd. Dit gedrag is niet alleen respectloos, maar ook volledig onprofessioneel. Meerdere keren aangeven dat je geen interesse hebt en dan alsnog ongewenst benaderd worden, getuigt van nul begrip van klantgerichtheid. Absoluut geen aanrader.

I rented an apartment for three years and everything was very well organized. I was very satisfied with the landlord, because he usually took care of everything in the house immediately. After I moved out, we left it in a good place and he said that I would get my deposit back. After I reminded him, he said that he would keep some money for the scratches on the floor (which I agreed to) and for cleaning the garden. Cleaning the garden was completely unreasonable and I still don't understand why I have to pay for that. He kept €250, which I find quite a lot for scratches on a floor.
