I rented an apartment for three years and everything was very well organized. I was very satisfied with the landlord, because he usually took care of everything in the house immediately. After I moved out, we left it in a good place and he said that I would get my deposit back. After I reminded him, he said that he would keep some money for the scratches on the floor (which I agreed to) and for cleaning the garden. Cleaning the garden was completely unreasonable and I still don't understand why I have to pay for that. He kept €250, which I find quite a lot for scratches on a floor. I had recommended BestBuyMakelaars, but unfortunately I can't do that anymore.

We have had pleasant experiences with Francois. We were interested in a property where quite a few things needed to be arranged. Uncertainty about cadastral land. Permission to prune or fell trees. Expanding the house. To get this clear, we received sufficient advice and support from Francois to start working on it. The little house didn't become it due to insufficient amperage. But despite that, Francois was very understanding when we cancelled and understood why we were abandoning the purchase. update 1 jan 2021 2 weeks ago we found and visited a holiday home on our favorite park. Through careful and quick communication with all parties involved, François was still able to make the (almost) impossible happen. It were 2 intensive weeks, in which we could turn to François with all our questions and received good advice. The paperwork was neatly prepared and explained where necessary. Thanks to his good coordination, the deed of our new holiday home passed yesterday. François, thank you very much for your help, and we will bring the promised pie personally soon. We do not recognize the negative reviews, but we have experienced that you also need to be active yourself and regularly consult to align expectations. In our search for a beautiful park and a pleasant holiday accommodation, François is a good support with extensive knowledge of the parks, the rules and the possibilities. We also receive suggestions for parks (where he currently has nothing for sale) which he thinks would suit us. The agreements made are kept and he calls if it gets a little later. To date, a good and pleasant collaboration.

Very bad. Communication is very sad to call it. First, it seemed well organized, had 2 viewings and made an offer. After which we received a counter-offer. Subsequently, another offer was made to get closer together. We were positive about the house and about the real estate agent. Until they suddenly didn't hear from them for days when they think they can get the money faster with someone else. It’s a bad thing to go into business with 2 buyers at the same time. We were told that the selling party needed time to consider. Now we are subsequently told that the selling party stopped negotiations 2 weeks ago. !! You look forward to that all that time!! It's a shame they treat people who want to buy their first little house this way. Tip: do the communication via email. Having in writing what is agreed gives advantages here.

- Not a single viewing has taken place except for one that we ourselves recruited. - No contact has been made from your side, however only from our side on 20-05-2015, 10-06-2015, 10-08-2015 and 09-09-2015. We ourselves suggested a price reduction to speed up the sale. This should be the initiative of the real estate agent. From your side we have not yet received any proposals whatsoever. - You immediately go on the defensive when we say something that we are dissatisfied with regarding your service. - Any action towards building a “good” client-customer relationship has not taken place to date, while we are a customer of yours and pay for it. It would have been very considerate if we had received a (digital) card with holiday wishes during the holidays. Every month we are allowed to pay EUR 59 to a real estate agent who, in our opinion, makes little to no effort to sell our bungalow. If we decide to terminate the contract, we still owe EUR 500 according to article 12A. From our side it seems wiser to terminate the collaboration, because we are not satisfied with your service and you only see us as a difficult customer. In addition, he always talks his way out of it. As an example, I quote: "Since 1998 I have been running my real estate agency successfully and to the satisfaction of almost all of my clients, and very occasionally it happens that we encounter a client with whom we apparently cannot do anything right, which is what he meant."
