Annoying experience with Proper real estate agent. We made an offer on a flat in Oegstgeest in 2015, the offer was accepted according to Proper. Then a week of silence (a sign on the wall afterwards) and then we received a phone call that the sale would not go ahead after all! We are simply used to having the price increased...
