The contact with her was warm and friendly. Initially, we were looking for a rental property, and she helped us greatly with that. Based on that, we decided to sell our house through her. Our house was then sold quite quickly. She handled everything very expertly.

We certainly do not recommend this broker. They assessed the house that we purchased. After the assessment, we contacted them because we were surprised by a number of comparison points in the area. Germ reacted very peculiarly to this, stating that it was our problem and not his problem. Also, there was no talking with Germ as he indicated that he owed no explanation. Perhaps he wasn't having a good day, but because of this, we certainly would not recommend this broker.
