Get an appraisal of the new home done by KBA. Jurrian took the time beforehand to explain everything over the phone. Thought along about a positive outcome. Went through the entire house during the appraisal. Clearly understands the subject matter. Also took the time to give tips afterwards regarding renovation. And the appraisal turned out high as we wanted. And then due to our own mistake, we had to contact them again, and Jurrian is also quick to act and think along. Truly top service, definitely get your appraisal done by them!!!

They don't answer the phone; if they call back, they quickly end the conversation because they are at a viewing and promise to call back but don't. If you eventually manage to speak to them after calling 15 times, they say that you cannot view the house because they are full. Terrible service; they know they don’t need to help you because the housing market is busy and the house will be sold anyway.

Beware of Pieter. He provides false information to sell/buy real estate at cost price. He has an alternative commission strategy (1% commission + 10% commission above the asking price), which makes his approach questionable to get more commission. I am writing this review after having almost lost €15,000 because he gave us false measurements of the living space of the house.

Beware, Pieter can talk nicely and you are not allowed to discuss with anyone how he works. If he has secured the sales order and your house is sold, he won't recognize you anymore and you will receive no response to emails. He operates as follows; he asks for a fixed amount for the sale (this is lower than the competition), then he gives an upper and lower limit of the selling price and everything he gets more than the lower limit, he receives 10% extra from. Clever because he knows what he can really get and that's why the lower limit is low to scoop up 10% extra. In short: Pieter is a real salesman with truckers where he earns a lot of money.
