I have collaborated with Interhouse for the first time. It took some getting used to, because I received more choices than I was used to from another company. Afterwards, I am happy with it and very satisfied with the concluded rental agreement and the selected tenant.

Through one of the house rental websites I ended up at Interhouse. They were very helpful during the process and responded quickly to emails or phone calls, which I think is very important for this stressful process.

For renting an apartment/house I would recommend Interhouse. The staff has been very helpful and friendly to us. For all the problems we encountered during our rental period, they were able to support us very quickly and neatly. They are very understanding and reasonable people and as an expat who just moved to the Netherlands with a young child, that's exactly what you need. Highly recommended.

I quickly noticed that searching remotely (from Groningen) for suitable housing in Eindhoven was quite a challenge in the current housing market. That's why I contacted Interhouse Eindhoven. And I am hugely happy about that! The entire process with Bianca and Naomi, from the first meeting to the key handover of my new home, was an extremely pleasant collaboration. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience some time ago. I was moving from Canada to the Netherlands and the service of Interhouse was arranged through my employer. The service was very unprofessional. We were only shown apartments on their preference list and not in accordance with the data we provided. It just felt unfair. We were told that apartments we liked and had looked up ourselves were no longer available, although this was not true. The best example is that we ultimately moved into one of the apartments for which Interhouse told us it was no longer available. Cannot recommend.

We found an advertisement on Pararius for a rental property that suited us very well. Bianca from Interhouse Eindhoven was able to arrange a virtual viewing with the landlord and within a few days we were able to finalize all the details and sign our lease agreement. We greatly appreciated their professionalism and quick responses!
