Since mid-2024, when I started working with this real estate agency, I have had excellent experiences with Interhouse in Eindhoven and the owner and property specialist, Bianca Papen. Therefore, I give the office a 5 out of 5, which reflects the overall excellent service. I am the owner of an apartment in Geldrop, located in the quiet neighborhood of De Beekweide, just near the train station. I contacted Bianca in May 2024. I wanted to rent out my apartment within 4-5 weeks, because new legislation would come into effect from July 1, 2024 that prohibited fixed (short-term) rental contracts. Bianca not only succeeded in finding a suitable tenant for me within a few weeks (and before the crucial deadline of July 1), but she also provided excellent service during the first 18 months of the contract. She is very professional, has an excellent network and it's a pleasure to work with her. I wholeheartedly recommend Interhouse Eindhoven, and therefore also the services of Bianca Papen, if you are planning to rent out your home.

I quickly noticed that searching remotely (from Groningen) for suitable housing in Eindhoven was quite a challenge in the current housing market. That's why I contacted Interhouse Eindhoven. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience some time ago. I moved from Canada to the Netherlands and the service of Interhouse was arranged through my employer. The service was very unprofessional. We only saw apartments that were on their preference list and not based on the data we had provided. It just felt unfair. We were told that apartments we liked and had searched for ourselves were no longer available, although that wasn't true. The best example is that we ended up living in one of the apartments that Interhouse had told us was no longer available. I cannot recommend it.

We found an advertisement on Pararius for a rental property that really spoke to us. Bianca from Interhouse Eindhoven arranged a virtual viewing for us with the landlord, and within a few days we were able to finalize all details and sign our rental contract.
