Prima makelaar met goed inzicht in de markt en zijn/haar behoefte! Heb nu tot 3x toe deze makelaar zakelijk ontmoet, kan niet anders dan deze makelaar bij iedereen aan te raden.

Het contact verliep prettig. Maar verder niet zoveel aan gehad. Achteraf het idee dat wij beter zonder makelaar hadden kunnen verkopen.

Zeer tevreden over deze makelaar. Hele goede communicatie. Alles gaat in overleg. Zeer kundig. Vriendelijk en meedenkend. Neemt de tijd. Laagdrempelig. Wij kunnen deze Makelaar iedereen aanbevelen.

Fijne samenwerking, goede communicatie, duidelijkheid. In mijn geval had ik 2 hele kijkdagen (lucky me☺️) en dat ging gewoon zonder gemopper of wat dan ook. Mijn conclusie is dan ook: ik kan Frans Knorth makelaardij bij een ieder aanraden.

Fijne makelaar, kennis van zaken. In mijn geval had ik 2 volle kijkdagen qua kandidaten die geïnteresseerd waren in mijn appartement. Geen enkel geklaag gehoord om toch maar even 2 hele dagen op een vreemd appartement te zitten. Goede communicatie met Frans en Barbara. Ik beveel dus 100% deze makelaar aan.

Het contact was goed en het voortraject helder en goed geregeld waardoor de verkoop vlekkeloos heeft gelopen. Eindresultaat zeer tevreden.

Ondanks vele bezichtingen met vervolgens slechte biedingen of geen belangstelling meer (veel dromers als kijkers) toch aktief blijven, top.

Onprofessioneel, voordat de er n woning op funda kwam kreeg ik n bericht van mijn makelaar dat de Kleine Geer in Haalderen in de verkoop kwam. Ik had n bezichtiging aangevraagd bij Frans Knorth Makelaar, die vertelde dat de woning n week later op Funda kwam en dat ik dan als 1ste zou worden gebeld. Nu 2 weken later zie ik dat er al n bezichtigingsdag is geweest, zonder mij te hebben ingelicht. Waardeloze en zeer Onprofessioneel om zo de belangen van de verkoper te behartigen.

Veel kennis van de lokale markt en een heel fijne samenwerking met Barbra en Frans. Ik zou hen zeker aanbevelen.

Alles liep 100% Totaal geen klachten Frans Knorth is een dorpsgenoot dus gun je hem om de boel te regelen. En dar hebben we geen spijt van gehad. gr. Jan en Nanny

Het negatieve beeld van makelaars wordt in standgehouden met de handelswijze van Frans Knorth en zijn collega’s. Een aardige man met een masker. Ik kwantificeer deze makelaar als onbetrouwbaar. Je kunt niet op hem rekenen.
