Na selectie uit 3 makelaars heeft Kops Makelaardij ons huis binnen 1 week verkocht zonder dat het op Funda heeft gestaan! Gezien de hoge prijsklasse voor de vraagprijs, hoe tevreden ben je dan…. Kops heeft ons geweldig geholpen en we kregen zelfs nog een restaurantbon voor 3 personen. Dus twijfel niet als je een makelaar zoekt in Oosterhout of omgeving!

I cannot speak for another. But the son of Noud (Noud has unfortunately passed away) had our house with a very large garage ridiculously undervalued. For a garage where almost 2 cars can fit, with an attic, water connection, electricity, heating and excellent insulation, he valued it at 6000 euros. Totally missed the mark.
