Very bad, deceitful realtor. Lies about the situation regarding a property for sale, does not accommodate buyers in any way. After an earlier review, which he only reads and responds to after about seven weeks, you must note that no further response is possible. States that he has never received a complaint while we have addressed him on several occasions about his behavior as a realtor. Even complaints filed with Era Nederland regarding this particularly incompetent and slippery realtor!

I had a very bad experience with ERA Oosterhout as an appraiser. The determined value is very low (an alternative appraisal was almost 10% higher) and Mr. Donders refuses to give explanations and answer questions.
