Well-deserved 1 star for appalling customer service. 5 messages sent via email and funda with a question about a commercial property. Literally 0% response. If only a yes or no had been answered, you wouldn't have received this 1 star. You were already warned, because I retracted a previous 1-star review, as you did respond to that one... All in all, this won't be retracted and I am very disappointed, because I made considerable effort to get in contact. Furthermore, you could have earned thousands of euros from me if I had been able to rent that particular property temporarily. Apparently not enough income for a response. Peak realtor arrogance, that’s how it feels. And 1 star, this feels like!

In my entire life I've never come across a company like this. They are not really professional from David and Frank regarding the mortgage, very bad.

Once bought a house from HVMS. The real estate agent pleased us better than other selling agents. Therefore, 8 years later, we decided to also engage HVMS for the sale of the same house. We didn't even ask other agents for quotes. Should we ever move again, we would use HVMS again, even if we don't live near the Zaanstreek.
