I have had bad experiences with Greveling Adviesgroep. Herman Greveling has ignored a confirmed appointment regarding the purchase price of a property twice. There was a party that later wanted to offer more, and according to him, that's how the market works now. All my contacts (advisory real estate agent, mortgage advisor) find this behavior unacceptable, just like I do. This gives the real estate profession a bad name. Appointments apparently aren't important to Herman.

To our great regret and frustration, we were outbid, while the appraisal was already scheduled and our financial situation had already been verified. These circumstances have led us to now be without a home, despite being in an advanced stage of the purchasing process. We experience this as very unprofessional and it has caused us unnecessary stress and disappointment. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend agent Herman.
