Worst dentist ever!! I was there once and was the first patient of the day but still had to wait a quarter of an hour. The dentist was carrying around all sorts of things back and forth. During the treatment, he had his mouthpiece half off and found the treatment unprofessional and unhygienic. I got a hefty bill, which I only received months later on the mat. They also lost my patient data. Afterwards, it was also necessary to go to the dental hygienist, but this was anything but professional and skilled. The person who treated me was so congested, had to sneeze regularly, and there you are lying under that. Never had such a bad experience at a dentist.

I had a very frustrating experience at Tandartspraktijk Utenhage B.V. They charged me for multiple appointments – in total more than € 600 – even on days when I was at work and it was impossible for me to be there. I asked several times for camera footage as proof that I wasn't present, but they never did anything. When I visited the clinic to resolve it personally, the doctor refused to help me and simply asked me to leave. I find that this clinic is not transparent about the billing and I want to warn others to be extremely cautious. Always confirm appointments and costs in writing and keep all emails as proof. Personally, I would not recommend this place due to the way I was treated and the lack of accountability. Be careful.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a healthcare provider. I had to pay an excessive amount for the services and the dentist was completely unprofessional. He lacks basic communication skills and constantly provides contradictory information. It is hard to trust anything he says, because the story keeps changing. There's no transparency and no sense of responsibility. I strongly advise others to stay away from him and find a dentist who values honesty and patient care highly.

In short, if you are looking for a tool to make your life easier (when it comes to finding a place to stay) - DO NOT CHOOSE PARARIUS - their main goal is to SCAM YOU!

Day in and day out, only houses with the note 'only for students' are put online. Even with a paid Pararius Plus account, you get no fair chance and not a bit of transparency. The only time I got a viewing was for a house that literally was about to collapse. This platform gives the impression of arbitrariness and unequal treatment. Absolutely disappointing and certainly not a recommendation for anyone seriously looking for a decent home.

It would be better to lock up immediately, as these are fake real estate agents. Do not answer the phone. If that person does answer, you will have a very scary conversation with them. Also do not reply to emails. Houses are not treated by black magic etc...

Very kind people and very enthusiastic

I had the misfortune to work with them. Bunch of antisocial people. Houses look nice, but if you look under the surface it's as bad as possible and I am ashamed to have ever had anything to do with them. Reliable? Not really. Expertise? Totally absent, especially during renovations, and you feel that afterwards.

They absolutely do not take you seriously as a tenant. Maintenance isn't done. Poor communication. They push everything onto ‘older building’. No plan to make it more sustainable or improve the house at all, although there is sufficient money available. Really very frustrating. When there was still direct contact with the landlord, there were no problems. Now that this company is in between, it’s really a disaster. Very unfortunate.

The rental prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly, easily accessible, and takes quick action when needed. When there are defects in the property, this is addressed quickly.

Nice administrator. I think it's relatively small which means you are still treated as a human here. Communication was always very pleasant and they respond/act how a normal administrator should respond/act. This is very special these days.

Just don't start with them!!! They promise a lot, deliver nothing. Emails remain unanswered and 'we'll call you back' is equivalent to 'haha, no way'. Wasted effort, much better real estate agents can be found in Rotterdam!

Great company. After the viewing, everything was arranged within a week (February 2018). Taking action on something like a broken doorbell can sometimes take a long time. Otherwise, no areas for improvement!
