Roy Klaasen is a very dedicated, active real estate agent who was able to make a good assessment of which people might be interested in our apartment. He was always easily accessible and the communication flowed very pleasantly. He quickly and skillfully resolved a problem with the (American) purchasing party regarding the amount of transfer tax. We therefore concluded this period with him cheerfully with a pleasant lunch.

Roy Klassen made our selling experience a very pleasant experience from the beginning until the end. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us as we do not speak Dutch. We are happy that we choose him to represent us and would highly recommend him.

I was called 15 minutes after the start of my appointment that the appraiser was 'stuck in traffic'. Please note, this was at 9:15 am while there were no traffic jams in the region according to ANWB. There was no effort to find a solution because the next appointment on the agenda was too important and my appointment could easily be rescheduled for next week. This seems consistent with previous reviews where this company is described as an 'appraisal machine' from which you shouldn't expect anything 'extra'. I have withdrawn the assignment. In short, if you value good service and correct handling, you are not at the right party here.
