Don't have an appraisal done by Emanuels Makelaardij! Sweet talk with an appointment within 24 hours and an appraisal report within a few days. After the viewing of my house, the appraiser cheerfully went skiing without mentioning it. Called for days in a row but they don't come up with a solution. Ultimately had to wait 3 weeks for an appraisal. That's how people get into trouble with their mortgage application! No apology or compensation afterwards either. Do yourself a favor and request an appraisal elsewhere.

Unfortunately very slow service. Do not request an appraisal report from this company. We are buying a house and we are now having problems getting a mortgage on time… simply because a report, which we paid for, still hasn't been sent to us after 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable. You are better off going to Desktop Taxatie and then you will have it in 4 hours for a quarter of the cost.

My friend was talking about how bad the service of this agency is. Slow, doesn't respond, even after I knew the urgency of handing over the report to my friend. I am now also looking for an agency because I am buying an apartment, and I certainly won’t consider this agency.

I would like to read the reviews first before I have Emanuel's Makelaardij work on a tax report. It took them more than 14 days to generate a report that other agencies and online services would have generated within a few hours. And even after they 'claimed' it, the report is ready and we have paid. The report still hasn't arrived, not within the first few hours after payment. They also don't respond to your email requesting an update about 'Can you send me the report now that I have paid'. They seem friendly on the phone, hence the 2 stars, the delivery is terrible. It’s the type of agency that gets you to pay and then doesn't respond after payment.

Never again will I have an appraisal done by Robin. He's been working on it for half a year now and doesn't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. When I call him, he's annoyed and shifts all responsibility. Now he has to come back again because the photos in the report wouldn't be up to date otherwise. Do you think it’s strange if it takes more than 6 months to do an appraisal? What a terrible movie this is. He's a friendly guy, but his talk is 1000 times faster than his work. Not recommended unfortunately.....

We had an appraisal carried out by Emanuels Makelaardij. Almost 600 euros paid for a report with extremely many errors. It seemed more like an appraisal of another house! We have a very large garden, for example, and they overlooked that. Downstairs there is 1 large living room but according to the report there was a shower, two kitchens, two toilets and some walls. Maybe 1 on 1 copied from the old status of the house in the archive? Really so sloppy. We also have a very large shed, where a car, bicycles and lots of other things can be stored. With an upstairs even. In the report it stated that we had a storage room... Also, according to Emanuels, this is an apartment?? It's a detached house!!! They also overlooked a bedroom.... Really unbelievable how badly these people did their job. I certainly won’t be returning.
