Sjuleke is tijdens van de verkoop van twee appartementen mijn rots in de woelige branding geweest. Ze heeft alles continu voor mij duidelijk en overzichtelijk gehouden. En wanneer er onduidelijkheden waren, heeft ze, na navraag bij makelaars, hypotheekadviseurs, notarissen etc, duidelijk verschaft. Door dit op pro-actieve wijze en met vooruitziende blik te doen, heeft ze me veel kopzorgen bespaard en heeft ze een mooi resultaat bereikt. In mijn geval was dat niet per se de hoogste prijs maar ging het ook om wat voor een persoon de koper is. Daar heeft ze goed naar geluisterd. Van de (helaas voor iedereen verplichte) formulieren van de NVM tot adviezen over hoe de financiering afgehandeld kan worden. Geen enkel klein detail ontsnapt aan haar aandacht. Ze weet alle informatie die vrijkomt op een mooie manier te duiden en daarop te anticiperen. In de roerige tijden die de verkoop van een appartement met zich meebrengen, is er vaak behoefte aan wat rust en duidelijkheid. Werken met De Oude Stadt en ging gemakkelijk en was altijd fijn in de omgang. Laagdrempelig maar ten allen tijden professioneel. De ruime ervaring van met styling van winkels en woningen was een grote meerwaarde. Gedurende het hele verkoopproces zijn volledig ontzorgd.
