A star is still too much
My girlfriend and I were promised an apartment and even received the contract to sign. Two days before the first of the month (when we would move) they cancelled our order and said that they would give it to someone else. We had already packed and rented a moving truck, but they showed no compassion or genuine concern for us. Do not trust them and their practices.
Two days before the key transfer, it was said that the apartment had been assigned to someone else. We had already terminated our current rental agreement and arranged everything for the move. Rullens real estate didn't care about this. Don't rent here!
