Unfortunately, a bad experience with this real estate agent. As a selling agent, they make many mistakes. They showed the house to two parties at the same time during viewings, and the agent who led us around was clearly not well-informed about the property. Questions about the seller, neighbors, and the property itself were not answered truthfully. In email correspondence, our salutation was incorrect. Photos of us were taken at the notary's office without our permission. It is clear that houses sell themselves in the current market.

In my eyes, Sander is THE realtor of Bavel, who knows the market best. We also wanted to be maximally relieved of obligations for the sale of my mother's house, since we don't live nearby. He would help us with that. He and his team have fully kept that promise.

Laurence is a very skilled agent. He has extensive knowledge of the market and communicates well. Where many agents think about themselves, you can see in everything that Laurence stands for both the buyer and seller. He is honest, genuine, and thinks along with you. Very pleasant experience. Both when purchasing our new home and selling our home.
