This realtor sold us a house with a commitment of underfloor heating in the bathroom, both verbally and in writing. Afterwards, it turns out that there is no underfloor heating and we have to incur extra costs for installing a radiator. The realtor is not willing to cooperate or accommodate us. Also, the list of items was not fulfilled, which means we had to buy extra things that were supposed to remain in the property. No professional conduct. Be careful of this realtor's promises!
