Because I needed a new appraisal with some urgency, given that previous appraisals by the NWWI had been rejected (carried out by other companies), I came into contact with Peter. I explained the situation and that I needed to have my property appraised urgently due to a divorce settlement, the least pleasant of appraisals. Other appraisal firms known to me declined the assignment because it would take quite some time or simply because they didn’t feel like doing it. Partly due to the time pressure I had and not being able to find an appraiser with whom I also felt comfortable, I was now at my wit's end. Certainly not to speak of, beautiful words over the phone and then no contact possible. The real estate agent is unreachable and uses what appears to be a call center. In 2 weeks for a rental property, 4 emails have gone unanswered both via funda and their own website, and it has been said 3 times by phone that I would be called, which also did not happen. Very unprofessional behavior within noordoost wonen. I do not recommend this real estate agency for collaboration or negotiation. Such conduct does not inspire confidence in professionalism.

We, 4 Amsterdammers (2 families), have decided to leave the city as it is and move to the flatlands. After weeks of browsing Funda, we dared to take our first viewing… a beautiful old farmhouse in Zuidwolde. We received a very pleasant tour with lots of explanation from Frank van Osch, the selling real estate agent. Regarding the purchase, we were not the lucky ones, but we did have a good feeling about the area and then decided to place a search assignment with Frank. We also continued searching via Funda… it wasn't long before we hit the jackpot (beautiful location in Dedemsvaart), and we asked Frank to further assist us with the purchase, given that we were acting more or less as if we were going to buy bread ;-) Due to his thorough check and a number of very valuable changes in the draft purchase agreement, we confidently closed the deal.
