No market knowledge (recreational homes municipality of ommen), cannot be reached by phone or on vacation. Communication is poor. The previous franchise owner/real estate agent, Mr. Ebbinge, we were satisfied with. Danny Mulder still benefits from the successes of his predecessors. (Johan Maasse and Mark Ebbinge)

Contact with the Real Estate Agent went smoothly. Discussions took place at appropriate moments and good advice was given.
We started with Mark as the real estate agent, and his tasks were then taken over by Danny. This went smoothly, and both were able to conduct pleasant viewings with the client. Ultimately, we only dealt with Danny. We found the peace of mind and integrity in the communication to be one of the best qualities. Good advice at the right time and a clear negotiation strategy. Johan Maasse is a professional real estate agent with a feel for what's important to the client. I found it difficult to make the choice of which real estate agent I would go with. But with Johan, I immediately knew that I was in good hands. I explained my situation and he acted swiftly on my behalf. The accessibility and communication are exceptionally good! He thinks along with you, gives good advice and acts in your interest. He only needed a week to put my vacation home online. After 4 days, I already had 6 viewings, which he all nicely scheduled for me in one day. I wanted to sell quickly because I am moving to Portugal. He succeeded, within a week I sold my house. It couldn't be better! He supported me so well throughout the entire process. The proactiveness and helpfulness is excellent. I can recommend everyone to choose him as a real estate agent.
