We are very satisfied with this broker anyway. Calm, competent and not promising the moon, just realistic. Despite his expertise being in a different neighborhood than ours, we thought he assessed things well. The contact was good, neatly receiving a phone call after each viewing day to see how people reacted and what his opinion was. With the direct number, he was also reasonably easy to reach, and if he couldn't answer calls when questions arose, he would quickly call back.
